Highly recommended.
Greatly recommend very high reliability and quality I’ve had it for going on 2-3 years and I’ve only had 2 failed prints that where at my own fault. The prints are amazingly detailed. Listing says it comes with a screen protector not totally sure if it actually did but if I where you I’d buy one to be safe then sorry. But it is very user friendly. The slicer it comes with is ok that probably the only downside it has but it is easy to get used to. ‼️Also please remember to wear the proper PPE when messing with resin and also vent your machine.‼️

Perfect Upgrade
I picked this up as an upgrade to my first resin 3D printer - a Photon Mono 4k. While I was totally happy with the quality of the Mono 4k, I was getting frustrated with the size of the build plate. Trying to print something like a tank or a large monster would take three or four print sessions. When a print takes 5-7 hours, that can be a little much... Anyway, enter the Elegoo Saturn 3! The build plate is HUGE compared to the Mono 4k with the same quality and detail. I've printed tanks, dragons... Excellent results. Let's talk about set up and calibration. I found this easy as pie. In fact, much easier than the Mono 4k. I've heard mixed things about the single post build plate leveling device vs. the four point. To me, this is a non issue. I have found that if you level your printer correctly once and don't move it around - you really don't need to relevel it often, if at all. I leveled and printed the rook included on the flash drive. It printed flawlessly with my usual Sunlu ABS like resin. After that I was so encouraged I didn't even bother with any calibration tests. I just printed some minis and they came out great! Default ABS like settings! Pretty good! Eventually, I did run the cones of calibration to really dial things in and since then it's been printing like a dream. The included air filter is great. I was previously using Elegoos stand alone filters. Those were kind of a pain and you had to recharge them with a Micro USB. Just... kind of irritating. This includes an air filter that slots right into the printer via standard USB. It only kicks on when you're printing. Which is neat! One downside - the included USB thumbstick is ...not good. I've heard complaints about these flash drives and I always thought it was overblown. No, it isn't. The only issue or failure I've had has been w/ USB errors. It will regularly disconnect from my PC when slicing as well. So I'd definitely recommend replacing the flash drive. Otherwise, it's sort of INSANE the value this presents. You'll get ultra high quality prints. It's easy as hell to use. And the print volume is pretty massive. If you're interested in printing miniatures for wargaming - which I imagine is a good portion of those interested in 3D printers - this is an absolute 10/10 winner. Buy it and you will not regret it. I say that with the utmost confidence.

Great Product
Got this for my boyfriend to print minis for his D&D sessions. Took him a bit to figure out how to print successfully. Some advice, YouTube is very helpful for that. But we have had no issues with it at all.

Works good
It works good as long as you know what you are doing and have done prior research. That plastic is toxic as can be though. It makes everything smell around it even with an enclosure and ducting. Its a good working product though.

QC we’ll see
So, the Saturn 3 is, generally speaking, the best bang for buck printer out there. I think I elegoo would of course love to sell 4s and 4 ultras but the truth is this machine prints just as well, easier to work on, and is essentially the same sans gimmicks that the new printers have. Buy a fermentation belt and slap it on the vat and it’s 99 percent what a Saturn 16k is. I should know, have both and still come back to the Saturn 3. Here’s the problem. QC. First off none of these manufactures make any of the internals on any of these machines. All repurposed parts. And the guys of them all is basically the same. So it really comes down to QC and support. Elegoo generally better than others so we’ll see what they do here. With this most recent printer, I have gotten persistent delamination from the bed on the same corner. Re level, test and seems to be an easy fix, these build plates are always machined poorly and sanding on a flat tile does the trick. To double check, I swap and relevel a sanded build plate I had off another Saturn 3 I own. I know this is flat and just want to double check before I take the plunge. Lo and behold, still getting separation in the exact same corner on the second, sanded build plate. Then I take a closer look. The screen isn’t installed flat. Either some debris got under or it’s a defect in the bezel of the screen. Still testing. Will see if elegoo offers a solution otherwise will get it sent back and hopefully can update review then.

The packaging is sturdy and well-organized, ensuring that all components arrive in perfect condition. The setup process is straightforward, thanks to the detailed instructions and the inclusion of all necessary tools. Within an hour, I had the printer assembled and ready to go. Design and Build Quality The build quality of the Saturn 3 is outstanding. The metal frame feels solid and durable, and the overall design is sleek and professional. The large build volume of 219 x 123 x 250 mm is a significant upgrade from many other printers in this price range, allowing for the creation of larger and more complex models. Print Quality This is where the ELEGOO Saturn 3 truly shines. The 12K resolution (11520 x 5120 pixels) delivers an astonishing level of detail and precision. Prints come out with smooth surfaces, sharp edges, and intricate details that are often lost with lower resolution printers. Whether you're printing miniatures, prototypes, or functional parts, the results are consistently impressive. Speed and Efficiency The Saturn 3 is not just about quality; it's also about efficiency. The monochrome LCD significantly reduces exposure times, allowing for faster print speeds without compromising on quality. I've noticed a considerable reduction in print times compared to my older 3D printers, which means I can complete more projects in less time. User-Friendly Features ELEGOO has made sure that the Saturn 3 is accessible to users of all experience levels. The touchscreen interface is intuitive and responsive, making it easy to navigate through settings and start prints. The printer also comes with a built-in air purifier, which helps to reduce the smell of resin during printing—a thoughtful addition that enhances the overall user experience. Resin Handling and Maintenance The resin handling process is straightforward, thanks to the well-designed resin vat and the included accessories. Cleaning and maintaining the printer is relatively easy, although it's essential to follow the instructions carefully to ensure longevity and optimal performance. The inclusion of a spare FEP film is a nice touch, providing peace of mind in case of wear and tear. Customer Support and Community ELEGOO has built a strong reputation for excellent customer support, and the Saturn 3 is no exception. The company's support team is responsive and helpful, and there is a vibrant online community of users who share tips, tricks, and support. This makes troubleshooting and learning new techniques much more accessible. Final Thoughts The ELEGOO Saturn 3 MSLA 12K 3D Printer is a game-changer in the world of 3D printing. Its combination of high resolution, large build volume, and user-friendly features makes it a standout choice for anyone looking to take their 3D printing to the next level. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a newcomer to the hobby, the Saturn 3 is a reliable, high-quality machine that delivers exceptional results time and time again. **Pros:** - Exceptional 12K resolution for detailed prints - Large build volume - Fast print speeds with monochrome LCD - User-friendly touchscreen interface - Built-in air purifier - Excellent customer support and community **Cons:** - Requires careful maintenance to ensure longevity - Resin handling can be messy (as with all resin printers) In conclusion, the ELEGOO Saturn 3 is an outstanding 3D printer that offers excellent value for its price. It's a powerful tool that will undoubtedly elevate your 3D printing projects, delivering stunning results with every print. Highly recommended!

Game Changer
So far I love it. I have had a filament printer for a long time and the resin is a game changer. Both have different strengths and weaknesses but it's pretty awesome what this can do. My biggest challenge is I have a lot of flat prints and that creates suction issues that cause leveling issues, and the resin cost is significantly higher per print than filament prints. But on the plus side it prints really fast high quality detailed prints that are durable and functional and comes with software that works well with it.

Solid Replacement for Saturn 2 – Consistent Results and Full Compatibility
I picked up the ELEGOO Saturn 3 to replace my Saturn 2, which developed issues with the power control board. So far, the transition has been smooth. I haven’t noticed any major differences in print quality or speed, but that likely comes down to the STL files and resin settings I use, which have remained consistent between machines. What really impressed me is the full compatibility with Saturn 2 accessories. The resin vats and build plates fit perfectly, saving me the hassle and cost of replacing parts I already had. That alone made the upgrade worthwhile. The Saturn 3 feels just as reliable as its predecessor, and setup was quick and familiar. If you're already comfortable with the Saturn line and need a solid replacement or backup, this is a great choice.
