Love this magnesium. Doesn't give me the intestinal upset that some magnesium does and I sleep much better. I also dream, which I don't typically do when I'm not taking this.

I’m always singing the praises of Magnesium Glycinate. I had an accident back in October and ended up with something like trigeminal neuralgia. It was horrendous and changed so much including my sleep. I had to start wearing a night-guard which was a nightmare in itself. Laying my head down on the pillow felt like trying to settle a bowling ball and the awareness of the night-guard kept me tense. DOES ITS WORK

Ich habe dieses Magnesium gekauft und bei mir einen deutlichen Unterschied gemerkt. Körperlich und auch psychisch ging es mir nach einiger Zeit deutlich besser. Daran habe ich erst gemerkt, dass ich wohl einen Magnesiummangel hatte. Ich habe zwischendurch ein anderes Magnesium ausprobiert, aber das hat bei mir überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Seit ich wieder dieses hier nehme, geht es mir wieder richtig gut. Bei mir hat sich vor allem der Schlaf verbessert, ich bin tagsüber weniger müde und fühle mich insgesamt ausgeglichener. Auch meine Stimmung ist deutlich besser geworden. Natürlich reagiert jeder anders, aber ich kann dieses Magnesium aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung wirklich empfehlen.
