I recently purchased the Nikai washing machine and I must say, I am very impressed with its performance. The machine is not only efficient but also very silent, contrary to some of the comments I had read about dancing washing machines. I understand every washing machine has different spinning noise. But that is normal. Before installing, I would suggest removing the four packing bolts from behind and then shaking the drum. If it moves freely, it means there are no bolts left, and the machine is ready to use. It is also important to note that the floor needs to be even for the washing machine, otherwise, it will vibrate. To avoid this issue, I recommend purchasing the four anti-vibration washing machine bush from Amazon, which will keep the washing machine sturdy and prevent it from vibrating. The Nikai washing machine is perfect for a small family and comes at a decent price. It washes clothes very nicely and leaves them feeling fresh and clean. I also has a quick wash function which allows us to wash the clothes in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient washing machine. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and I believe that the Nikai washing machine is an excellent investment for any household.

Not even worth a star! Even after receiving the REPLACEMENT UNIT, the problem was still the same. You need to run the TUB CLEAN for the first washing, as per the instruction in the manual. The water kept pouring, the indicator changed from 42 to 40 then 38 for almost an hour, and the water kept draining out to the drain hose. After 50 mins, it ended up with E2 error code (about water supply), despite my water faucet was still open. I will NEVER consider buying Nikai washing machine ever again! Note: I'm using Nikai fridge and it is working fine.

Machine is defective from day 1 I took additional warranty As per amazon assigned technician i have to get washing machine replaced I placed request they refunded 49 aed for warranty What about 700+ for the washing machine It is one month machine is not working It is useless piece in the washroom now

This washing machine is ok if this is your spare one or you are not planning to use it for long as price is not that expensive. Washing is good but there are some details which still need some upgrade: -some buttons are hard to press -lower small cover for cleaning is not locked properly and always opening while machine is working -some water is stuck once machine stop working on rubber between door and loading thing It was saying from other comments that it is noisy but mine was fixed well and I didn’t have this issue for 1 week that I am using it

I trust NIKAI products in general. For this machine, it took me some time to know that I should have removed the SHIPPING BOLTS. After removing the shipping bolts and stabilizing the 4 feet, the machine immediately stopped vibrating. In terms of noise, it is a bit noisier than other reputable brands.

Ordered this new washing machine and once assembled and turned on, the washing machine started to shaking violently with extremely loud noise. Machine was switched off immediately and a refund / exchanged was requested .
