Good service & quality
This item is good but the lid is confusing seems the best way to use it is to unscrew, but it is a pushdown lid too. The push down is awkward for those with poor manual dexterity like myself. The cream seems to releive the pain like any other balm would but continued use will be needed before a comment could be made by myself about its potential use to chronic pain sufferers. Delivery was very prompt.

Fabulous stuff
I am slightly superstitious about Dynamint, I always have to have in the house and become slightly anxious if it is running low. It once helped - or so it seemed - almost miraculously with a knee problem and it has a definite sensation when you apply it that maybe invokes the placebo effect. On the other hand, speaking as a former highly qualified massage therapist (yes, I was), massage works and it might be that this is what helps, as you have to rub it in. Anyway it contains good stuff in a great formula and smells nice too.

Brilliant
I've been using stinky creams on my shoulder for too long, you know the type that sets you skin on fire and god forbid if you scratch you eye after application. This is more subtle, slight minty smell and no burning station. But it works. Give me relief on should pain for a couple of hours which is ideal if I wake up in the night or need to take a trip to the gym. The relief is within 10 minutes and last about 2 hours. Really impressed and have recommended it to friends.

Good for new pains and sprains
Worked on new pains very well but not on persistent pains. Pretty good for sprains and aches and pains which are not long term

Great product,does exactly what it says it will
This product was bought for my 87 year dad,who has age related joint problems,I bought the spray originally and he swore by it so I got this one, I ordered the cream accidentally but he’s says it’s much better for him as it absorbed right into his joints. He’s more than happy with this and is able to potter around in his shed and garden easily

Bought for my husband, he is a retired motor mechanic and after years of manual work now has arthritis in his hands this is the only rub he has found works.
