Great item and truly well made. Really non-stick. . But you really can't cut anything inside unless you have a plastic knife.

All of my Green Pan products have been worth the money. I have 2 cookie sheet pans and this set plus the bread pans. I haven't found anything that works as good for remaining non stick as these are. I am convinced thrre isnt anything out thats better at making baked on burt on stuff come off with zero effort. Burnt fat? Burnt baked on sugar or chocolate? Flakes off like candle wax with a small plastic scraper. I actually have to be gentle because the stuff comes off so easy it goes flying off the pans!

We love these pans and have a set of frying pans we purchased at another outlet. They require specific handling (ex. don't use non-stick cooking spray, use oil or butter instead, use only gentle soap and non-abrasive sponges) but the fact they are PFAS free, etc. makes it worth it. They are very heavy and the stick-free feature is all it claims. They're pricey, but if you watch for a sale, they're worth it and I believe they will last a long time.

I have several pots, pans and ovenware from GreenPan and love them all! Food doesn’t stick to the pans, they heat evenly and cleanup is a breeze! I use this mostly for my brownies and casseroles and love it!

I love love this pan. It is very easy to clean, the size is so functional and practical. It works well for everything from brownies to casseroles to roasts. I bought one for my son as well because it is just such a great pan.
