Nice toy
Maybe a more expensive option for the ESP32 but it has all the right features and the same form factor as the standard Nano so makes it an easy upgrade for faster speeds and multi tasking and BLE.

Reliable
Use these when interfacing with genuine ESP boards. Not cheap but don't gave the same issues as other boards might. Quality item.

Arduino Nano that has WiFi
What is there to say! Itโs an Arduino Nano with an ESP32 chip that supports Bluetooth and WiFi. It does arduino things and comes in a ver small package. Note it does use a USB-C connector rather than a usb type B (micro, mini)

Excellent product
The Arduino Nano ESP32 is a small, affordable, and easy-to-use board for IoT projects. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB-C connector. It's compatible with MicroPython and the Arduino IDE. I highly recommend it. Pros: Small and affordable Easy to use Compatible with MicroPython and the Arduino IDE Cons: None that I've found so far

Windows suggested for convenience
Fine Arduino. Love the WiFi and Bluetooth capability. Been messing around with the software on its own at the moment. It's a bit of a pain with the Linux IDE though. As another review mentions. So I just passed through the Arduino to a Windows 11 virtual machine on Virtual Box and it just works. So minus a star for the issue as it is an issue with the chip set with the official IDE on Linux.

Arduino Nano ESP32
This small IC is really well supported by the community, hundreds of temples and libraries. Easy to program and is very versatile. The only cons for me is that is very small always need to use my glasses ๐ค.

Beware that the description is wrong, but still a good device.
A good microcontroller but beware that the description is wrong, it does not include any extras such as a breakout board or motor holder as per description.

You need to add device upload permissions on Linux
Arduino should provide a URL for setting up the device on the leaflet contained in the box. First install the Arduino Nano ESP32 board using boards manager from the IDE. However, It took ages searching the internet for the cause of the sketch upload problem from my Arduino IDE (Version 1.8.19) and eventually the cause was found to be the lack of device permissions on Linux. You will need to add the following to /etc/udev/rules.d/60-arduino-esp32.rules and reboot: SUBSYSTEMS=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="2341", MODE:="0666" I hope this saves someone a lot of wasted time !
