Ear pads replacement for my Poly 4320 headset fits perfectly. They were very easy to install. I just peeled the original off and put the cushion on the headset. The easiest way I found to apply the cover was to stretch it a little. Once you get it going, it fits easily. It's very comfortable on the ear. It functions just like the original. The quality is just as nice, if not better. I did not notice a difference in sounds quality. I don't use the microphone. But it's a nice addition. And it comes with 2 sets. Unbeatable value.

I have been wearing my headset daily for a couple years now and my old pads were severely peeling and the mouth guard lost long ago. Now they feel like the first day i put them on and look like they just came out of the box. They are again cool and comfortable. The replacement pads were extremely easy to install. I was getting ready to just replace the headset when i accidently came across the pads and decided to give it a try. Now i feel I've another way couple years of use.
