Hum. Put it in and tried formatting it as non-portable storage. I down-loaded the SanDisk app and it said there was no SD card inserted. So now I'm just using it as Portable storage. The app now sees the SD card. Now both my internal and the SD card are as one storage unit. But at least I can use it. By the way... I do recommend that you do put the SanDisk app on your device. It makes transference from device to SD card much easier. UPDATE: The card works great. No problems yet. The card is true as described. This was a 32 gig card. Of course the OS uses part of the card so the the OS can work. It's very normal you are not going to have the full 32gbs.

Pros: - Faster read/write speeds than Older Class 4/SDHC cards. - Max capacity for SDHC cards (32GB). - Compatible with Class 10/SDHC devices and a better chance of compatibility with the widest range of older gen devices that cannot use newer SDXC cards. - This is the budget card in the SanDisk SDHC product line. (Ultra < Ultra PLUS < Extreme < Extreme PRO). - Good value for price. - SanDisk has decent customer support and warranty. Cons: - Slower read/write speeds than newer SDXC cards. - Higher priced than some similar competitor cards. - 32GB capacity translates to only 1 hour of 4K video recording @ 30fps.

This item comes without an adapter. The item is great but a little difficult to remove from the package for a senior almost 80 years old.

I picked up two 32GB cards and have had excellent performance from both of them. I've reformatted and copied full card images to and from both for my Dingux and Raspberry Pi projects with no problems. The packaging is nicely minimal, but note that these do not come with the SD card adapter that other cards do. For me that is 100% fine because I already have more adapters and USB readers for flash cards than I can count. It's also not a problem for most modern devices that use micro SD cards since they offer to format them within the system anyway. Very pleased overall!

I needed an microSD for my 3ds and this works great for it. Have no complaints, works as should.
