This has lots and lots of things that are good for you in it, too many good things to mention here, it is much more than just a daily multi-vitamin. It also does not have a lot of added things in it like, no gluten, no wheat, no artificial color, no artificial flavor, no artificial sweetener and no preservatives. It is non-GMO I have been taking these for a while now and I think they have really helped me become more healthier, what you put in is what you get out. And a great price, have you seen the price of anything like these in the stores.

I found the vitamins to be of excellent quality, showcasing a well-formulated blend of essential nutrients. However, determining their impact on my overall health was challenging, as everyone’s body responds differently to supplements. Excellent value easy to swallow.

Seems to be legit i will buy again. Actually smell the fruits and veggies and also a smell of fish lol. Other than that seems to be giving my body vitamins and I can see the excess vitamins in color of my urine bright yellow when I take these.

I take this because I’m thin and I don’t always get enough fruits and vegetables so I’m hoping this will be effective in providing what my body needs. They’re easy for me to swallow and good quality at a great price! The probiotics are good for the gut and this should help with my energy levels.

While I think this is a good enough product I believe people should be aware your body gets rid of excess vitamins and minerals through your urine. This can lead to a build up of those materials in your liver and also if you’re flushing that much of it, it could mean the ingredients are not bioavailable. I did not feel a difference when taking this product but I believe it contains some benefits just be careful with dosage because I saw others had elevated b-12 levels.

I started to get good results right away! I do recommend this product.

I really like this supplement except for one thing - the B-12 vitamin is cyanocobalamin and I am hearing too many bad reports on this. Other than that it has all the nutrients I was looking for in a multi & would be perfect if not for that. I also use Carlyle Oil of Oregano & it’s a 5 star product. So only 4 stars except for above. I’m hoping they will eventually reformulate with methylcobalamin. And if you don’t care about the form of B-12, this is a great multi
