So I bought this because I saw it all over the internet, and I wanted to try it. I’ve been having it for the last 3 days as breakfast in the morning today I woke up feeling lighter if that’s even possible. I don’t feel bloated and my belly feels flatter … I also noticed a considerable decrease in flatulence (sorry for details). Taste is lovely almost floral jelly like texture with a slight bite. I will continue with it and see what happens. Overall very pleased I tried it 🤗✨❤️🫶. Thank you. ☺️

I had never tried anything like these before so was intrigued by this solid block that I had to put in water. Once in the hot water it kind of absorbs the water and disintegrates forming a strange textured broth. Looking much like the photo. It is quite tasteless and bland, but not unpleasant . I really liked the fact that it was not too sweet or artificial. The white mushroom fungus has a kind of slimy texture and there are a few fruits floating around. I added a little honey and some fruit compote a found it made a nice light dessert with health benefits. Unusual, but I liked it. Useful to store in a cupboard and reconstitute when needed. I imagine you could add a few frozen blueberries or gogi berries to it too.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the product but the texture is all wrong if you’re on the spectrum and struggle with certain food. Keep that in mind.

It comes in small individual packs, convenient for take to office. Love the taste but still debating if it worth the price.

Delicious but a little on the slimy side for my taste.

Good stuff. Reconstituted quickly. Flavor benign if anything. Texture soft and inoffensive.
