When I moved the shower head directly it completely came off. It is pointless to swap out the filter with a broken shower head. I will be looking for a different company. It is a very wasteful design. I'm lucky I caught the shower head. For the nay sayers that says it drips/leaks. Did you check both O rings to make sure they are seated correctly? Did you tighten the the unit sufficiently? I'm guess you didn't do one or al of the above.
