I was having a bad day a few days ago. I just didn't feel good. I felt a bit queasy and my head hurt and I just was off. I tried doing the usual things, but they just were not working like I wanted. Then I remembered I had these.. HOW THESE COME These are fascinating. They come in a packet of powder that is narrow and small so you can tuck it into a purse or pocket if needed. HOW TO USE I got the water up near boiling and poured this powder into my cup. I put in the water at near boiling and then let it steep for a bit. Then I added honey. RESULTS? I was so amazed. This stuff was FANTASTIC. It has a nice bite to it and it also helped me feel TONS better. I did sweat out a bit (which is what ginger is supposed to do to the body) and then I felt much better after all of that. THE BOTTOM LINE This is fantastic to have on hand with you just feel icky and need a boost. This tea is perfect and I love it. MY RATING FIVE STARS. I would definitely buy this again. It works beautifully. I love the packets and how easy they are to use.

This product is the worst of ginger tea. It has no ginger taste.

Yep, it's Ginger. Cut open the pouch and don't sniff while doing so. You'll be sneezing several times. Very strong Ginger scent and the powder will tickle your sinuses. Add to hot water, stir, drink. There's no flavor - maybe a mild Ginger, but not much. You will feel the heat from the Ginger and my sinuses were clearing out pretty quickly. I'm going to have to try this with some lemon tea or something with flavor. I appreciate that it has no sugar and only 10 calories, but alone it's like drinking hot water with some spice added.
