It was inspired by professionals dedicated to creating innovative products grounded in the scientific principles of lower-limb biomechanics. In collaboration with leading biomechanics experts, Phil Vasyli developed a collection of custom heat moldable orthotics to treat a variety of functional foot and lower-limb disorders. Makes my feet , back , legs feel better. Review: I bought a pair of Vasyli-McPoil insoles from a Physical Therapy center and they worked well, but I needed some for my other shoes. These Vasyli-Dananberg appear to be very similar. These seem to work equally as well in supporting my foot and arch, which has been very painful due to plantar fasciitis. My heel is doing much better using the insoles, along with exercise to stretch the plantar fascia and calf muscle, icing the arch, and meds for inflammation/soreness.
