This is the best lip balm I've ever used. It's not greasy. It lasts a long time and feels really good. I'm a bargain-hunter, but sometimes you just have to get the best product. Also, I reached out to the company to make sure I got their product (I was thrown-off by the new label) and they were really nice and got back to me immediately.

It is the best lip care out there. I’ve been using it for several years. And I usually give it away as gifts as well. Five stars.

Ok, let me tell a story here. I am an AVID lip picker. If I get nervous, anxious, sad, depressed, scared, worried.. anything that is slightly other than complete 100% happiness, I pick lips. And it's not like, "oh so cute lip picking". NO, it's intense, my lips bleed and I still keep picking them.. my lips BEG FOR MERCY and I still pick. I remember my school teachers yelling at me, my dad's life mission was to make me stop picking my lips, and my mom slapped me a few times (I'm not from the west so it's allowed) for picking my lips. I have small sticky notes saying DO NOT PICK LIPS in my car, laptop, water bottle, at work, and in my kitchen everywhere. Nothing and no one has ever stopped me from bleeding my lips. Until one day.. one fine fine day, my roommate dropped this lip balm in my Christmas stocking. When I applied the lip balm, I kid you not, my lips died and resurrected just like Jesus. The next morning, they were smooth like my butt, it was soft and pink.. did it heal overnight? of course not, it's not magic. But 2 weeks later, I wanted to KISS everyone! that's how soft my lips felt. Oh my god, I wanted someone to kiss me, so I got myself a boyfriend. Life has been good.. no more bleeding lips, it has been 2 years. Do I still pick my lips, yes occasionally when I'm extra nervous or sad I still do, but nothing this lip balm can't fix. I have 3-4 of these around my house at any given time. And as soon as I pick my lips I slather it on and the next morning, it's good as new. Get this lip balm if you want a shot at a better life. I bit my lip after having Novocaine at the dentist. This was a much better way to heal it up & it only took 4 days.

As an avid hiker, this is the only lip balm with SPF I will ever use! Keeps my lips moisturized and from getting sunburnt without the typical nasty artificial flavors you get with other spf lipblams. It also does not melt in your pack when outside hiking all day in hot temperatures (or when left in your car!). I appreciate that it does not leave a strange taste in my mouth and keeps my lips from burning on long hikes at high elevations.

Y'all, I've been using Lip Trip since I became a Lifeguard in 1996. I can't even begin to say enough great things about this product! The wear-ability is unsurpassed: it stays on for hours after other lip balms have gone the way of the Dodobird. Scent-free, taste-free, good SPF, long-lasting; what more could you possibly want from a lip balm? It won't make you rich, but your lips will be living in the Lip Trip lap of luxury!

This is absolutely, bar none, the best lip treatment on the planet. I started using this when I lived in Boulder and that was the only place to get Mountain Ocean products, and I've never found anything to match it. Whatever is in their formula really soaks in--it doesn't just sit on the surface feeling slimy or gummy--but it also lasts: it doesn't soak in and disappear. If your lips are badly chapped, it will burn a little at first, but I've come to welcome that faint burn because I know it means the chapped places are healing. I made sure I have a tube of this with me wherever I am: I carry one in my pack, my purse, in the tote bag I use at work, beside my bed, in the living room ... obsessive, I know, but I want to always have a tube handy. The price is, I admit, a little ridiculous, but it's such a great product I'm more than willing to pay for it--and I will say that a tube lasts a long, long time because the product is so effective. Even in the worst of dry winter weather, using this keeps my lips happy and healthy.
