The watch has every health monitoring features but not reliable at all.. Sometimes it gives accurate results but maximum times it shows absurd readings.. Suppose my fasting sugar is 5.1 at the moment but the watch is continuously showing 7.2/3/5. It's the opposite for my higher range, when my actual reading is 7.3 it shows 5.5,6. 10% deviation is acceptable but such deviations in measurement make the watch just a normal watch and for that customer can't pay more than 50 AED. My 1st expression after exploring the watch was amazing but after figuring out the readings for one day, I'm am not recommending this product at all. Battery life: 28 hours

it is very good for blood sugar testing, BP and ECG.

Blood glucose might not be perfect, but good battery life.

The watch was Ok until one week I used a different watch - when I tried to recharge the watch it had stopped working and will not recharge. I'm Dealing with Amazon to return the watch.
