I like the look of this watch/tracker, and my husband is a fan because of its efficient design that tracks everything he wants to see. We have had several Fitbit or Garmin products in the past, but this is his favorite because of its ease of use and battery life of over a week.

Within a space of 3 to 4 months all 3 push buttons/knobs stopped working. Because of it's lack of durability the cost is not worth it

I had the Kospet Probe watch for several years with no problems at all with it and the charger gave out first and could not find another one. So, I got this Kospet watch to sadly replace that older Kospet Probe smart watch. This watch battery life is not quite as good as the Probe version and the app needs a bit of work on it compared to the Probe version....which had a wonderful app. It looks good, fits fine and does what I need to have it do to keep me informed on weather, time, sleep and how much I walked each day. 5 stars.

I like the lock function and found the steps to be fairly accurate BUT all that is useless if it breaks. My replacement watch just broke from the same defect as my original watch. Exact same break on both watches. Didn't even try dealing with customer service again to complain bc I don't want another.

Edit 1 I'm adding one star because the support team reached out to me very quickly after my review was posted, to get information for research. That's very appreciated and unexpected. Having responsive support communication is a huge plus. I'll update my review again once the functionally issues are sorted out. I'm confident they will get it right. Original Review: The watch seems well built. The screen looks very nice, crisp with good colors, and it's easy to see in the sun. It's light weight, comfortable. The features are good, the health info is usefully accurate. But the software is young and it reflects that. I've had cheaper watches that do some important things better. - Battery life is excellent - BT does drop a lot. I'm getting pairing requests several times a day. I do have this app excluded from all optimizations, so that's not it. - Contacts don't completely pull off my phone. I only get certain ones and oddly, not any of the ones I use. I've tried all the 'fixes' I can find on it, including editing contacts and the loading the contacts app. This hasn't been a problem with other watches/apps. - The health and info screens are nice, easy to read both on the watch and in the app. However, the app desperately needs a dark mode. - The BP measure should be reading automatically. Even if it hits on the battery life a bit, we should have that choice. - I like being able to change the layout of the activities I do, so the ones I use are in front/top since there are so many. But, the history in the app doesn't follow. So to look at walking, first in my list, I have to scroll for days to get to it. That needs to change and mirror what I setup, or give me a way to change it. The category options help, but it's not deep enough. - Notifications are lacking. I shouldn't be limited to social/shopping apps I don't use, and the oddly random apps you pull in when I go to more apps. I should be able to get notifications from my calendar events, from my alarm app, from any app I have installed on my phone. As it is, I only get calls and texts. Again, cheaper apps/watches have done this better, so it's absolutely possible. - Weather is accurate for my area, and I like being able to see the extended forecast on the watch. Nice. - The library of screens is done well. - I like having the current task kept active on screen on the watch even if it goes dark (like a timer for example), and having the back button to bring it back up and exit. - Sleep tracking is accurate. It records when I get up at 3am and get back to sleep, or if I'm laying in bed but don't fall asleep until 1am, accurately. But, as another had mentioned, there needs to be a choice to set your sleep cycle for overnight workers. The watch itself seems nice. Get some of these things changed/fixed in the software and it'll be a fantastic package.

I've had this watch for several months. App is very easy to use. Linked phone notifications are a simple vibration, so they aren't disruptive. There are hundreds of interesting watch faces to choose from. I have not had any issues with connectivity. I especially like the workout app, it's easy to get to and has a helpful summary report at the end of the workout. The alarm and timer are easy to access and set up quickly. There is also an option to hold down one watch button which links it to my Amazon Alexa, so I can add things to my shopping list or my to-do list. The quality of calls using the watch are surprisingly clear. I have a wrist the size of a child, and the size wasn't overwhelming. I had an issue with a piece of main case chipping off, and the customer service was incredibly helpful to promptly send a replacement. I especially appreciated the clear communication of the customer service representative.

The watch is great. The setup is done through a phone app and is easy to navigate. Some features you might want up front and others turned off. Like I said, easy to choose and setup. I worked through a bunch of watch faces to find the one I liked and it installed perfectly. It shows so much on the face and I like that.

2nd Kospet watch in two years. Hard to reach customer service. Too much for such poor quality.
