I ordered two versions of this product in an attempt to find the correct size. One was too small the other too large. I reached out to the company directly and Alan got me exactly the size I needed!Product works exactly as described and is great quality.

I have a very deviated third middle finger. Initially getting the correct size was hard but this company responded quickly to help find the best size and even suggested some alternative patterns to get the best fit Splint is comfortable once on. I use it at night as I am too active during the day for it to do its job while I am moving my hands so much. Very happy with both the product and the company’s great service

I ordered this product thinking that it would fit my finger. But 12, 13, 14 would only fit on a finger of a giant. I am a petite small person and need a size 7. The card inside the plastic package claims that you can email and exchange for the right size but when I tried the email that was on the card it would not go through. NO SUCH SITE.

Ordered product and was initially skeptical and concerned about the potential fit and if it would help my condition but at this price thought it was worth a try. Had some sizing concerns and customer service was quick via email and made sure I received the exact size I needed. I have worn constantly since I received it 10 days ago and quite frankly forget I have it on (sleep, shower and use it at all times.) I only remove it to ensure I exercise the thumb a few times a day carefully to maintain mobility. No thumb pain or concerns that I will irritate the condition while wearing it. All indications are that I should wear for 4 - 6 weeks before condition is stable but so far has been perfect. Highly recommend the product and the company based on quality of the brace itself and the responsiveness that they showed to make sure all was working as designed for me.

Great product! Just what I needed for a recent flare-up of trigger thumb without having to wear something that covers most of my hand.I appreciate the wisdom of packaging 3 sizes together (12-14) since I don't seem to be good at measuring. I thought I needed size 14 and found that my thumb is closer to a size 12.5. I am alternating the 12 and 13 and finding it to be comfortable and effective.

After measuring my thumb, I ordered the 3-pack containing 12, 13, 14. When they arrived, I tried them on my thumb, but found even the 12 just slightly too big to keep my thumb from bending and activating my trigger thumb.A slip in the order said, "Wrong size? Email us." I emailed the company and received a prompt response that they would send out a pack of the next smallest sizes. It arrived shortly after. I am typing this while wearing it. It is comfortable. It doesn't pinch and does not allow my trigger thumb to click. I've worn it sleeping with no issue and I've have washed my hands with it on. It does remove easily when needed.The only thing I have discovered that is a little more difficult is picking up items with that hand. But considering I cannot bend my thumb (the whole purpose of wearing it), it is not surprising.Considering how often I would trigger my thumb, this has been a great relief. I would highly recommend.

The product is fine but the size was incorrect. The package says specifically to email the seller directly for a replacement as part of their “size guarantee”. I sent emails without hearing anything back. Would never buy from them again.

I purchased this brace to treat my trigger thumb. The ad said guaranteed fit. I used several methods to measure my thumb but the appliance I received was too big. By applying two band-aides to the thumb I could use the splint without it falling off. I contacted the seller and got a rapid reply. They sent me the smaller size at no charge and it arrived in 3 days. I've been faithfully using the device 5 days and already have some relief from the pain. I've been told it will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal the tendon. I'm very pleased with the product and blown away with the great customer service.
