I take high doses of CoQ10 daily and have been wanting to try a higher dose of D-Ribose and so this supplement was of interest to me, however it seems that I don't get much even out of higher doses of Ribose. I also have MTHFR mutations and have never experienced any energy boost off megadosing B Vitamins. As far as CoQ10 goes, this seems like a so-so one. For me personally this is only a one month dose, and is thus pretty pricey. The pills have a unpleasant smell to them as well, although it's not bothersome for more than seconds. I think that some people may certainly notice increased mental clarity and energy with this supplement blend but it's a miss for me.
