Silver Shield Antibacterial Additive to make 5 Liters of Anti Mould and Mildew Paint

Quick delivery and I've now added this product to internal bathroom and bedroom ceilings, bedroom walls and outside walls mixed in with Dulux WeatherShield. Only time will tell if it works OK, hope to add post by December on inside walls and ceilings as we'd normally experience mould by that time of year. What's really good about this product, (if it works), is that you can mix it with any colour paint whereas the Ronseal anti-mould paint only comes in white as far as I'm aware, and the Dulux bathroom products with it built it are a bit pricey. Just to add to the above that with the exception of a very small patch of mould coming back in the bathroom ceiling, probably caused by my inadequate painting of an artex ceiling, this product has worked very well so far throughout the winter and well beyond and avoided us having to use smelly anti-mould sprays this year at all. Great news.

I was very pleased to find an anti mould additive in an easy to use syringe, it is handy to use in small pots as you can use half of it and recap the syringe to use at a later date. I can't say if it really works yet because i have only just painted my kitchen walls, so fingers crossed.

Used as per instructions. Used a good quality mould spray to kill existing mould, left to dry and repainted with this. Mould back in 2 weeks. Admittedly we do have a very old damp house but the ready mixed anti-mould paint from B&Q used close by is still keeping mould away months later

I live in a house built in the 1900's and we have a solid brick construction walls which means they are prone to getting condensation in the corners, with this it has meant we've added anti mould additive to all the paint we have used as its worked a treat. I've never used this product before but I needed some anti mould additive ASAP and this was prime eligible. So far so good, its cut down on the amount of mould appearing in the corner of the exterior walls but not stopped it completely

So far my paint mixed with this additive has been on the walls for three months and no mould has grown where it would normally go all over the wall at this time of year when the windows aren't open as much. I am so glad I found this! Would definitely buy again for other rooms when the time comes to repaint.

So far seems fine mixed well with paint only time will tell. Update not even a month a mold started to grow back in the bathroom even though cleaned with really good mold cleaner . We have vents also and o treated the wall before hand with mold protection that I brush on and leave to dry and still her back.
