Okay, they brag about 300 capsules, but the serving size of 4 makes theirs a typical 75 servings per bottle. They do have 2 grams or protein instead of the more common 1g. 2000mg (2g) per serving 600mg L-Leucine 300mg L-Isoleucine 300mg L-Valine 84mg L-Tryptophan (The current NIH recommended daily allowance for a 79 kg (175 lb) adult is 278 to 476 mg) 193mg L-Threonine 136mg L-Phenylalanine 84mg L-Histidine 227mg L-Lysine 76mg L-Methionine So this supplement has a lot more Tryptophan than one with 1.5mg per serving, but they're both well below the recommendation. Like I said: math time. This does contain rice flour. Yes, rice flour has slightly more Calories, carbs, and a higher glycemic index than all-purpose flour, but it's a common ingredient in Gluten-free supplements. Unfortunately, there are no Nutrition Facts about carbs or Calories on the bottle. Considering rice flour is 3.66 C/g, even if the capsules were nothing but flour, the impact would be minimal. Rice flour is ~80% carbohydrates by weight. I'd say that's why powders are more popular than pills, but look at what people mix those with.
