Excellent quality:value fountain. Having bought inexpensive desktop fountains in the past, I was hesitant to risk one as moderately priced as this one is, especially considering the design quality appears too good to be true initially. It was the right move, and the following reasons briefly sum up why:• Simple set up • Excellent customer service from seller• Quiet water pump• Water flow effect is prominent and satisfying.• Consistent smooth flow; rain-like sound you look for.• Design is as nice looking as the photos. No obvious eyesore function parts (plastic screens or pump components etc)• Power cord is plenty long for most basic home settings.• LED light uses simple, gentle effect (no strobing +) for everyone to enjoy the appearance.• Overall materials quality is what you'd expeft, and/or better. The planter making up most of the unit is heavy/dense and feels almost ceramic to the touch.TL/DR: Just right for the price point and then some, your 4 year old could assemble it in 5 mins, it's so simple.

Update: Really love the responsive of the customer service! I had a small issue with shipping when I originally received the product, and a year later after the LED strip went bad they’re moving mountains and finding me the replacement. Super appreciate them!Easy to assemble and very soothing. The brightness isn’t so much that it’s a problem, but still illuminates my office space more than enough. I did place small pebbles and moss to quiet the sound a little and better control the splash, which also makes the fountain even more beautiful!I was a little bummed when I received the package as it was damaged from being mishandled and had cracked the wooden base and caused one of the feet to come off. I was hoping it’d be okay, but the weight of the ceramic bowls after having it a few days caused the crack to spread more and I became worried about the products structural Integrity. I reached out to the seller and they responded very quickly and are sending out a new one for me. I’m super grateful!

I absolutely love it and its what I was looking for but the only complaint I have is that the mister hits the under part of the fountain enough for it to spit water out and get the surface of the table wet. I need to buy a separate splash gaurd to keep the water in the fountain or come up with some other solution to contain it. It is visually appealing but I would like some built in part to contain the splash. I can keep the mist off but I would like to see it on more often without worrying about water getting everywhere.The pump for it is queit so all I hear is the running water which makes it relaxing to listen to.There is a little empty space on the side of the fountain i think I will use to put a mini figurine. I dont know if it suppose to have nothing there but i will make use of it. 🤷‍♀️Overall, it is a nice fountain and gives the room a nice feel to it but there can be improvements.

The fountain came days earlier than expected and was great. The seller was super sweet and way helpful. Love it and would highly recommend it. We added the little Yoshie cartoon character to it.

It looks very similar to the picture and the sound it makes is great as white noice to sleep. Is definitely a good for the money and it is very reliable. The size is also good to have in the desk but after a few days of used I realize the water kept splashing all over the table

Very easy to assemble and the seller reached out to me proactively on setup and was very responsive to questions.Aside from some very mild splashing when the atomizer is in use it works great! And it looks even better. I love it!

Very pretty but the mist goes everywhere and gets the table wet. Which means you have to refill regularly.Would be great if sitting among plants so as to water them. Also doesn't make enough sound. Had to put a couple small rocks in the groove to get it to make the waterfall sound.

Love the fountain! Instructions were poor but it’s pretty straightforward setting it up. There are some tricks to it, however. The photo of the mister on the box is slightly different than the one you receive. (photo on the box has a cone piece in the center) I thought mine was missing that piece. I also had issues getting it to work.The fountain itself only requires water to submerge the pump to work, but when you place the mister in the circular area where it seats, the water level is too low for it to work. The lights will just keep flashing with no mist. I thought it was a defect and mentioned to the seller that it could be the missing cone piece, and he offered to ship me a replacement fountain; but then common sense kicked in. You have to raise the water level even more to submerge the top spout of the mister. After I figured out it was a user error on my part, I notified him that a replacement wasn’t necessary, but he insisted! Great customer service!With that said, if you want to turn off the mister and simply run the fountain only, you need to remove some of the water; otherwise it will flood out of the back.It does make a mess, so I bought an 18”x24” kitchen dish drying mat to put under it.Great product, and hopefully these tricks will help others.
