I use the blanket to bring warmth to arthritic feet in a cold unheated bedroom. This is very easy to use and only needs to be on for half an hour or so to warm me and a bed with a good layer of insulating covers Delivery was slow due to despatch from Germany, and came via FedEx who really let Beurer down . We saw a FedEx van racing along the lane which passes our house, it stopped for a couple of minutes and then raced off. Suspicious, we searched along the hedge and found the packet tossed into a hedge along the lane in the pouring rain some 50 metres from the house. Left there for a few hours the blankets, packaged in cardboard, would have been ruined.

I like the fact that it works and I can leave it on all night plus the instructions are easy to understand....

Arrived quickly but unfortunately it's a two pin plug. So I've got to wait now until I can get an adaptor. Gutted

Arrived item has 2 pins euro plugs, returned the item but so disappointed..

I've returned this in favor for the Beurer UB 190 which is controllable by app and Alexa.

Good German engineered quality. Operating the mat is self-explanatory thanks to a simple and clear display. It is possible to warm up the lower foot part and the upper torso part separately which is very practical. I use this mat regularly during travel in winter when it is unclear what the heating situation at the destination is. Very handy.

Ich nutze die Beurer UB 90 nun schon seit einiger Zeit und bin sehr zufrieden. Besonders praktisch finde ich die zwei getrennt regelbaren Heizzonen, sodass man Füße und Oberkörper individuell temperieren kann – ein echter Komfortgewinn, vor allem im Winter. Die Wärmeentwicklung ist gleichmäßig, die Bedienung einfach und das Material angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundenservice von Beurer: Als meine Decke auf einmal einen Fehlercode zeigte, wurde mein Anliegen schnell, freundlich und komplett unkompliziert bearbeitet. Die Decke wurde geprüft und sogar kostenfrei ausgetauscht. So einen serviceorientierten Umgang erlebt man heute nicht mehr oft! Klare Kaufempfehlung – sowohl wegen des Produkts als auch wegen des vorbildlichen Services.
