Arrived pretty quickly. Took my first dose today with a meal; no after taste & seems to have digested rather well. I can’t grant insight into as to whether or not it’s provide personal benefits for me as of yet but I look forward to continuing to utilize them daily to see if helps my overall health. Great for your skin and for your health, makes you burp though. I have found if I take it with my fire cider I don't have that issue.
