Glad I found this as maintenance for a more thorough program I had done
Coming off a Dr Led program, I wanted something for maintenance that didn't cost what the Dr Charged. This program has fit the bill nicely. The taste is creamy, nice with just water or coconut milk. Been using couple of weeks, and my stomach feels great, my weight stayed level and my head has stayed clear. Made it to lunchtime without hunger pangs. I'm glad I found this to help maintain an existing balance. I never intentionally did Pre-Biotics before, this seems to work.

I'm 36. Historically been an athlete and have always cared about experimenting with nutrition.
