Listen. I’m one of those girlies who has to be careful about keeping jars of peanut butter around the house because I can down a whole container in an hour. That said, I’m also picky about peanut butter. It NEEDS to be nutty and a bit crunchy. I’m so happy BelliWelli released this new flavor because WOW - what a winner. I’m so used to their bars having that lovely soft-baked texture, and these still do, but now there’s an added crunch that takes it to the next level. I’m actually eating one as I write this despite having already eaten breakfast because who doesn’t want a sweet treat after every, and I mean EVERY, meal? Being an IBS girlie is rough because sometimes it feels like you’re missing out on tasty snacks. As much as I love a good jar of peanut butter, too much at once can totally trigger a flare. But these? These are a lifesaver. I get my peanut butter fix without hurting my tummy. And there’s ZERO BLOAT. I have a tendency to give out BelliWelli bars to my friends without IBS just to prove how good they are, and every single time, they love them. So seriously. Try these! Try the peanut butter ones, specifically, because they are THE BOMB (but not for your guts, lol).

I have severe gastrointestinal issues. I love Belliwell bars. They do not upset my system. I always travel with belliwell bars as a security when I can’t find food to eat that won’t upset my system. I actually even use them at home when I don’t feel well.

I love these bars! Having gut issues and being more “health” conscious, these are perfect! I am able to pronounce/recognize all ingredients in these bars and they do not upset my stomach! It’s nice being able to feel confident reaching for one of these bars. Sometimes, I will warm them up in the microwave for a bit and add whipped cream for a desert! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they are a bit more expensive, but are high quality ingredients!
