The product is good & effective. It was recommended by my physiotherapist. I had a problem with the first product i bought, in terms of power tripping, within the first few days; but the customer service was very responsive and guided me through the process, of getting a free replacement within warranty.

The touch to power on the massager does not work
The touch to start the gun massager does not work even after full charge it takes 10 to 12 clicks to turn on that to in one particular angle
