I love this vibration plate. It’s listening up muscles in hips and joints. I am sure it does wonders for the blood flow too. I highly recommend, to see what all exercises you can do on it. It also helps with balance as I lift dumbbells while standing and squatting on the plate. This is a good vibration plate and is made very well. I recommend it.

I've used this twice since receiving it (1/7 and 1/8) and I'm over the moon surprised/happy with it. I purchased it initially to help with lymphatic drainage for clients post-cryoslimming treatments, but I used it the day after I worked out and the following morning I was SORE, as in couldn't walk down the stairs sore. Not sure if it was the previously day's workout, the 20 minute vibration plate session or the combo but I'm going to keep it up! **

This was fantastic for a year and a half, but now the power goes in and out. Seems like the vibration causes a power issue.

I love this thing. I am on it every morning. I look forward to it. It has amazing benefits that are backed by research. One benefit is helping with prevention with osteoporosis. I was very skeptical about ordering this product, but I was not disappointed. Very good quality! I really did not expect the tightening of my muscles in my legs and butt. Also, the subtle swelling throughout my body was reduced...especially in my ankles and knees. On average, I use it 2 to 3 times a day on Program 4, which is 10 minutes a session. Just FYI...sometimes it makes my skin itch a lot when it is shaking, but it stops as soon as you are done with your session.

So straight out of the box it was working great until it started this insanely loud knocking sound. Started off silent but now no matter what surface I put it on it’s LOUD. I’m returning it unfortunately. Other reviews theirs were nice and quiet so I’m bummed

Great vibration plate!

I love my vibration plate but bummed the band already broke. I’ve been using them almost every day. I do feel better after using this! I love that it has programs. I would definitely recommend this besides the band breaking. The reason for the 4 rating. Can I get a replacement band?
