I slept on this pillow while on vacation at an Airbnb and was the most comfortable pillow I ever slept on. Hence I ordered this right away for myself after returning home. The delivery was very fast, however 2 things to note: 1) the packaging is not the original packaging, and no instructions included. 2) both pillows in the set are missing the "Downluxe" strip label on them. That makes me wonder if these are authentic and if they were other people's returned items. They appeared to be new to me (box label said so), but I'm throwing them in the washer just to be on the safe side.

Love the pillow, not firm at all. Great for side, back or stomach sleepers. Great price! Got the King size pillows and use as a body pillow too

These pillows exceed expectations. They arrived well packed. Very comfortable and also provide good support. Absolute love it.

Just fine and soft good for back sleeper

We love these pillows! They are so soft, you just melt into them. My children try to sneak them away to their rooms.. LOL. They hold their shape pretty well- returning to puffy when you get up. They need an occasional fluffing, but that's fine! If you are looking for a supportive pillow, look elsewhere- these are pure smooshy comfort.

Maybe you like it to be a very VERY full pillow. I think it's a bit much and wish the was a more maluable pillow but the foam is great quality!
