A bang for the buck.
Welcome to the microcosmic circus, ladies and gentlemen, where the star of the show is none other than the Andonstar AD210 10.1 Inch LCD Digital Microscope. This isn't your granddad's magnifying glass; this is a full-blown digital adventure into the world of tiny things, brought to you by a screen so large, it's like watching "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" in IMAX. First off, let's talk about the screen. A whopping 10.1 inches of IPS display glory, with a viewing angle so wide, you can share your microscopic discoveries with half the room without needing to pass the device around. It's like having your own private cinema for solder joints and error coins. The clarity? 1080P video and 12MP photos that'll make you believe you've got a superpower for seeing minute details. Now, onto the stand - because what's a circus without a sturdy ringmaster? The AD210 comes with an upgraded metal stand that's got more stability than a three-legged stool in a still life painting. With a working distance of 10.2 inches, you can explore the intricate details of coins, including those sneaky error ones, without turning your inspection into a neck-craning session. It's perfect for those "I need to see if this coin has a minting error" moments or when you're playing detective with solder points. But wait, there's more! This microscope isn't just for the coin collectors or the electronics tinkerers; it's a biological explorer's dream too, thanks to the included biological slides kit. Suddenly, you're not just fixing your TV; you're on an expedition to see what's inside a leaf or what makes a bug tick (or crawl, rather). The lighting system is like having your own personal sun, moon, and stars. With three types of adjustable LED illumination, you can light up your subject like it's a stage for the world’s smallest Shakespeare play. Top light for coins, side lights for soldering, and a bottom light for those biological slides - it’s like having mood lighting for your micro-world. And let's not forget the 32GB SD card that comes with it. You can capture so many images and videos, you'll need to start a YouTube channel just for your microscopic adventures. The remote control? It's like having a magic wand, letting you snap photos, adjust brightness, and zoom in without touching the microscope, ensuring your subject stays still enough for the perfect shot. Value-wise, this microscope is like finding a treasure map that actually leads to gold. For what you get - a large screen, versatile stand, comprehensive lighting, educational slides, and storage - it's an investment in your hobby or profession that pays dividends in precision and fun. In conclusion, if you're looking for a microscope that does more than just magnify, the Andonstar AD210 is your ticket to the big top of miniature observation. It's not just a tool; it's an experience, wrapped in quality and delivered with a side of humor. So, whether you're fixing gadgets or exploring nature's tiniest details, this microscope will make you feel like the ringleader of your own micro-cosmos.

Digital microscope for digitatizing film negatives, slides, and photos
I purchased this microscope to digitalize photo film negatives, slides, and photos. I use it in conjunction with an LED light pad for transparent slides and negatives. Works beautifully on B & W and color. Excellent digital copies of 35mm slides, 4"x5" negatives from 1912-1913, and larger size photos. It even improved an under exposed slide. The height of the pole is too short for larger films. Solved this by turning the microscope 180 degrees backwards of the base, placing it overhanging the edge of a table with a weight on the base to keep it from falling, and placing the light pad and films on a box on the floor. I was concerned if the microscope could focus at this longer distance, but no problem, it focuses beautifully, and without having to change lenses. Some of the older negatives have curled edges, but at this height and focal length this curl does not show on the digital image. It has a negative to positive feature on the screen, so negatives can be viewed as positives, which is very helpful. In photo mode the digital image is slightly larger than the view screen area. One problem is that sometimes, intermittently, the screen shuts itself off after being on for only 15 to 20 seconds. I solved by leaving it off, and coming back later. It will then stay on for an hour or more while I am working. Another problem is, on smaller films like 35mm slides, the surrounding light from the pad must be blocked. I used black card stock, cutting a hole to fit the film. Also, overhead lighting must be off or reflections show up on the digital image (standard dark room rules). I recommend this digital microscope (and an LED light pad) for good quality, easy to do, digitalizing of film photos, slides, and negatives at a good price.

Andonstar AD210 10.1” LCD Digital Microscope
I ordered this digital microscope primarily for electronics work, and it has exceeded my expectations. The large 10.1-inch display makes a huge difference compared to smaller microscope screens, especially when inspecting solder joints, tiny components, and circuit board traces. The image is sharp and detailed enough to clearly see imperfections that would otherwise be difficult to spot with the naked eye. The adjustable stand feels sturdy and provides good stability while working. I particularly appreciate the amount of clearance under the lens, which gives enough room to perform soldering and repairs while viewing the work area on the screen. The built-in lighting is bright and helps illuminate small details without creating excessive glare. Setup was straightforward, and the included remote makes it convenient to capture photos and videos without touching the microscope and introducing vibration. The ability to save images to a memory card is useful for documenting repairs or comparing before-and-after results. This isn’t a replacement for a professional laboratory microscope, but for electronics hobbyists, watch repair, coin collecting, or general inspection tasks, it offers excellent value. The combination of a large display, good image quality, and practical working distance makes it a very useful tool for anyone who regularly works with small components.

Decent quality and price.
Works well and decent price , the boom that holds everything could be made better . But does function as described. Reason for 4 stars and the extra lighting comes with it isnt attached very well either , also mounting the microscope in the holder isnt that we'll thought out, although it does works its not super secure , and constant adjustment are needed .

My wife uses this to inspect her plants and she loves it!
I bought the Andonstar AD210 10.1 Inch LCD Digital Microscope as a gift for my wife, and it has honestly exceeded both of our expectations. The large 10.1 inch LCD display delivers stunning image quality, with crisp, clear visuals that make examining fine details an absolute pleasure. The brightness is excellent, offering a well-lit, vivid viewing experience that reduces eye strain even during extended use. Speaking of lighting, the adjustable LED illumination does a fantastic job of evenly lighting specimens, eliminating shadows and ensuring accurate color representation at every level. The magnification range is remarkably impressive, allowing her to zoom in on everything from intricate jewelry details to tiny biological specimens with incredible precision. As for battery life, it holds a solid charge that supports long, uninterrupted viewing sessions without constantly needing to be plugged in. And when it comes to value for money, this microscope truly delivers a premium, feature-rich experience at a price point that feels like a steal compared to competing models. My wife absolutely loves it, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase — a fantastic gift for any curious mind!

Clumsy its just Clumsy
It works. If I sound excited its because two previous attempts at buying "microscopes" to view fine prints and items on small items failed miserably. However that's why 3 stars and not more; its clumsy as all can be, difficult to fix glare issues, hard to leave it place and not have it look a mess with two cords, a crooked screen, and just ugh.

Big screen easy assemble.
set up is pretty straight forward. Nice build big screen HOWEVER I can't seem to shut it off via the POWER button and must remove the usb short hold long hold 2 short holds . on a side note ( I think it's me but) can't get it to operate with my windows 11.

Great value. Highly recommended. Way to go Andonstar.
Good deal for the money. I have to commend China (Andonstar) on this one. Well-made of quality materials. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I like it. Easy to use and setup. Definitely exceeds my expectations. There are 3 multiplier settings 0X, 2X and 4X. Zoom in between based on height. At 4X setting all the way up it does not cover a penny completely but, I don't think it needs to. Easily view at 2X setting. Nice big screen and decent lighting. Very good detail at high magnification. I don't have to squint anymore. YAY

Wow Good - Highly recommended.
Excellent. What's 'missing' from this product....?.... nothing I can think of! I use it for PCB / motherboard soldering repairs and it's great. The picture quality and zoom power are fantastic. The lights are powerful with variable brightness, the remote is also good and the unit will take photos / video which are save to a micro-usb card which can be used in your my PC.... it even comes with 32Gb card and reader adapter. This one cost me about £250/$250/2500sek (Aug 2026).... the more expensive ones usually have additional lens, maybe an HDMI-Out to connect to an external screen, a wider tool 'base' platform and/or tool holder on the back.... nice features, but do YOU really need those, for double the price? My answer was no and I've Zero regrets. Highly Recommended.
