Go ahead and covert your those old lights
I converted all my shop lights to LED using these bulbs. 22 lights all together. 44 bulbs. I had to buy 2 boxes. My old fluorescent bulbs were not lighting up due to humidity and old ballasts. This seemed like a better/cheaper option than buying new ballasts. I did hot on 1 end and neutral on the other end. It was super easy. Its been a couple months and they're still super bright. If you're thinking of converting to LED, these bulbs are great.

Easy to install, cheaper & much better light
Took me like 15 minutes to rewire a 5-bulb ceiling panel. I really only need 1 of the new bulbs. The light is so bright. I was looking at way more money to replace the original fluorescent bulbs. Besides that, DIY videos said the ballast may be bad. I took the plunge & I am so impressed, I had to write a review. There were 2 ballasts in each fixture, and a scad of wires and wire nuts. You take all the wire nuts off, remove 1 screw, and the ballast drops out. Take all the wires from one side of the fixture & wire-nut them to one of the power wires that used to go to the ballast. Doesn't matter which one. Then tie all the wires from the other end of the tubes to the other power wire. That's it. Put in your bulbs. You're done. Doesn't matter how many bulbs, they all sit in parallel across the AC line. One end of the new bulbs to line (Black wire), the other to neutral (White wire). All that other stuff you'll find in the fixtures is recyclable.

Good product
I changed 72 4โ fluorescent bulbs and ever led worked perfectly. It is easy to convert fluorescent fixtures with these bulbs. No more flickering, humming, and ballast to burn out. Iโm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend them. (Update) The bulbs also have plastic pin guards and tightly fitted in the box so I experienced no damage at all.

Best bang for your buck.
I was going to order all new complete LED lights for my shop until I found tis product. All I had to do was remove the existing ballasts. My fixtures have 4 bulbs and 2 ballasts each. I simply separated the wires to the left and right side of the fixture, stripped each wire and connected one side to the white wire and one side to the black wire. I used zippy ties to keep the wires together. I have 8 fixtures to do and did 3 of then yesterday in just under 1 hour. There was a bit of a learning curve at first because all the colored wires were very confusing and over thinking is a very real possibility. Once I realized that the colors don't matter and all I needed to do was make sure I separated the left side wires from the right it was all down hill. The difference between my existing florescent bulbs and the new 6000K bulbs is night and day (Pun intended) and for the $100.00 price for 24 bulbs it was a no brainer to take this step. My only problem is that I have yet to find these bulbs sold in a smaller quantity. I need 8 more bulbs to finish my existing lights and really don't want to purchase another box of 24. Overall I rate this product a perfect 10. They arrived quickly and were well packaged and individually wrapped with protective caps on each end. If you are thinking about upgrading your shop lighting and on the fence about what product to use I believe this is your answer.
