Totally jammed
Such a poor product. It is completely useless and not worth the money. It arrived fully jammed and was not able to move or function as intended. The build quality is disappointing, and it failed to work right out of the box. I expected a reliable product, but instead it was frustrating to use and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
