When I bake sweet breads like banana bread the loaves fit perfectly on these foam trays! I put the bread and tray in a ziplock freezer bag and freezer for later use. The tray gives some stability so the bread won't fall apart in the freezer.

Just like the meat trays from the grocery store! Used as a tray for "fake meat" on Halloween and it looked so real!
