Grown Alchemist Damask Rose Black Pepper & Sage Shampoo 500ml

I had this shampoo before and it was great, this new one seems like a fake or a lab fail; It does not foam even with 4 pumps

Tried this in a hotel in Minneapolis and was hugely impressed so got some when we got back but it is less effective - must be our soft Scottish water? Still decent. The shampoo and conditioner use the same bottle and the writing is tiny so no chance in the shower if you use glasses! THis is a complaint against multiple brands to be fair.

Unfortunately, this shampoo does not lather and therefore I either end up putting too much on which will then not wash out leaving my hair greasy, or too little, feeling like I've not cleaned my hair properly, I also found I was dandruff prone which is unlike my hair, I now use this beautifully smelling and smooth feeling shampoo as a hand was but will not purchase again. which is a shame due to me having everything Grown Alchemist.

I have short hair and I tried the first time with 6 pumps to wash my hair, it didn't foam, I didn't feel like I was washing my hair, the second time I put 12 pumps and it barely made a little foam. I tried to return it and it doesn't work. do not buy this shampoo, all the positive comments are bought by them. the shampoo is not good for anything 👎👎

I first had a small bottle of the Alchemist shampoo and liked so much I bought this large size, waste of money! It was no better than washing up liquid. Hugely disappointing. I had to use large amounts to be effective in washing, it stripped my hair and made it dry and fly-away, horrid. We used it as hand wash in the utility room! Not good value.

Formula is so watery that it just slips out of hand once pumped. If you do get it in hair, it barely lathers. Completely useless as a 'shampoo' when it barely cleans your hair.

I really like the smell of this shampoo. It seems to clean my hair as it describes. I will continue to use.

Ich habe das Shampoo in einem Hotel ausprobiert und war so begeistert, dass ich es direkt bestellt habe. Leider ist das Produkt nicht zu vergleichen mit dem aus dem Hotel. Es schäumt überhaupt nicht und ich habe auch nicht das Gefühl, dass es reinigt. Bin super enttäuscht. Keine Kaufempfehlung 👎🏻

This shampoo got a lot of 1 star review and I feel it’s unfair. People talk about it not foaming, etc. the foaming agent in shampoo usually is Sodium lauryl sulfate. It is a harsh and irritating surfactant that can strip color and moisture from the hair, causing dryness, frizz, and damage. Grown Alchemist use Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, it is a mild and biodegradable surfactant derived from fatty acids and sarcosine, an amino acid. So yes it doesn’t foam that much but it’s not harmful to you. I like its fragrance as it doesn’t smell like chemically created ones.

Ne mousse pas, mes cheveux se regraissent très rapidement. Au point que je me demande si c’est du shampooing dans le flacon

Questo articolo è da segnalare. Il prodotto dentro il barattolo non è quello originale. L’ho avevo provato da un amica e l’ho comprato subito perché mi era piaciuta sia la texture che l’odore. L’ho ricevuto senza scatola sigillata e quando l’ho provato sembrava gel acquoso, ovviamente non fa schiuma, non profuma ma sopratutto non lava.

Ja ganz gut aber ich hätte mir mehr darunter vorgestellt.
