If your on a solid foundation the only thing it might do is get a bit flatter. I ordered two types of futons and combined them with a fitted mattress pad cover. 2 people slept on them plus luggage road on top at times. 2 weeks in back of Jeep and they were just like new when I rolled them up and placed in duffel bags Combined weight of two of us approx 380 -400 pounds. Memory foam showed no signs of going senile.

The quality is very good! It was thicker then i thought is was going to be based on other reviews. Its pretty firm, and comfortable. I use it on my carpeted floor, and i sleep on it at least 4 to 5 nights a week. I have not woke up with aches or pains yet. I have been using it since january of this year. The material is very soft and there is a cover that can be removed to wash. I have not washed mine yet.

How big is the twin? A lot of people are saying theres sizing issues

I just bought one of the tatamis and it is the size of a standard twin mattress.

Would this improve a tired memory foam sofa bed?

I can't say improve it's not solid. It's meant to roll up when your done. But if you like it really soft and not firm it might be good then. I like a firm support for sleeping. So this is for emergencies for when I don't have a bed available.
