NOW THE NO.1 DRAMA IN THE HISTORY OF AppleTV+, SILO. An epic story of survival at all odds and one of the most anticipated books of the year, soon to also be a major Apple TV series. 'Thrilling, thought-provoking and memorable ... one of dystopian fiction's masterpieces alongside the likes of 1984 and Brave New World.' DAILY EXPRESS_____________In a ruined and hostile landscape, in a future few have been unlucky enough to survive, a community exists in a giant underground silo. Inside, men and women live an enclosed life full of rules and regulations, of secrets and lies. To live, you must follow the rules. But some don't. These are the dangerous ones; these are the people who dare to hope and dream, and who infect others with their optimism. Their punishment is simple and deadly. They are allowed outside. Jules is one of these people. She may well be the last. _____________'The next Hunger Games' SUNDAY TIMES'Well written, tense, and immensely satisfying, Wool will be considered a classic for many years in the future.' WIRED'Howey's Wool is an epic feat of imagination. You will live in this world.' JUSTIN CRONIN'Wool is frightening, fascinating, and addictive. In one word, terrific.' KATHY REICHSSilo, No.1 drama in the history of Apple TV as of May 2023. Review: Damaged + disappointingly poor quality - The book arrived damaged, with dirty/stained pages and a heavily scratched cover. On top of that, the pages are made from cheap, coarse, uncoated wood-pulp paper, which feels completely inconsistent with a book advertised as a premium collector’s edition. Definitely not the quality I expected. Review: Damaged book - The book is damaged

Amazing Dystopian Thriller
If you like dystopian thrillers, Wool is definitely one of the best. The story is set in a massive 144-floor underground silo, where humanity lives after the outside world has become uninhabitable due to toxins. Life inside the silo is governed by strict rules, and everyone is assigned a fixed job. Simply asking questions about going outside is a death sentence. The book is very well written. As the story unfolds, you get a real sense of life inside the silo and the differences between the people living on different levels of it. The characters, particularly the main character Juliette, are well written and fully developed. Juliette’s uncovering of the conspiracy behind the silo’s strict rules drives the story forward and keeps the tension high throughout. Overall, I loved the detailed descriptions of life inside the silo. I also liked the pacing of the novel. Despite being well over 500 pages, I didn’t feel that it moved too slowly as there is a lot of action and surprising discoveries that maintain the momentum throughout. Finally, the novel examines, in an interesting and thought-provoking way, themes of information control, freedom, and the dangers of blindly following society’s rules.

It is very nice
I love it, it is exactly like the picture, just the letters are a little bit small

The book the silo series was based on
If you enjoyed this Silo series on Apple TV I can highly recommend the book. It’s not quite the same as the series but I usually find that the books give some background that you might miss in a TV series based on the book.

De los que he podido leer es el mejor
Solo he leído los dos primeros libros de la serie y en definitiva el primero es el mejor que el segundo

A Must-Have Collector's Edition for Silo Fans
I originally read Wool in paperback and absolutely loved the entire Silo series — it’s one of those rare stories that stays with you long after you’ve finished it. When I saw this Collector’s Edition hardcover, I didn’t hesitate. The quality is excellent. The pages feel premium, and the dust jacket is made from high-quality stock that adds to the overall appeal. It’s beautifully bound and looks fantastic on the shelf — exactly what you’d want in a collector’s item. If you’re a fan of the series and enjoy collecting hardcover editions of your favourite books, this is well worth picking up. I’m really hoping the rest of the series will get the same treatment — I’ll be first in line when they’re released.
