This has done nothing other than trigger congestion for me. The insert says that no allergic reactions have been noted. But I decided to try this during the day before sleep, and it was a disaster. I am now thoroughly congested and the skin in and around my nose is irritated. If you want to try these and you have allergies, I can’t recommend them.

Great for day use, very uncomfortable for night use. For night use pick up some adhesive strips instead. Great for wearing at home when you have congestion or a deviated septum. They look like a nose ring in public which could be good or bad depending on your fashion sense. If one size doesn't fit you, the other probably will.

I was excited to find these. Breathright type strips seem wasteful and usually peal off and the magnetic ones are kind of pricey. These air max dilators really didnt do anything. Breathing had no change, tried both sizes multiple times. Comfort is decent but if you have a moist nose they tend to slip out

Tried so many things for my partner to stop snoring, including expensive machines. This was one of the best tools so far, very simple but effective. I don’t think there’s any tool out there that completely stops snoring but this got as close as it gets! It’s not super comfortable for him, but also not too uncomfortable, it does make him breathe much better and reduces the snoring which is the main point.

This is a sleep changer I breathe so much better and snore less it’s comfortable very durable. Took a couple nights to get use to but after that was very functional. Worth the money cheap for what it does

Even the small is HUGE! This is so uncomfortable to put into the nose - I sneezed tons of times and then got a bloody nose with the small size, all within 10 minutes. Even when inserted all the way (had to literally push and hold it in because it was so humorously big), it didn't hold open my nostrils at all and just blocked most of my nasal airway, making it super difficult to breathe through my nose. Blocking the nasal passage entirely kind of defeats the purpose of nasal dialation... The plastic does not feel medical grade and it sharp on the edges, which cut the inside of my nose. Customer service phone number just rings, nobody even answers. There is no alternative to the phone number. I honestly wonder if this is even a real company. Honestly, overall these are a ridiculous scam and are super expensive compared to their competitors. With the price, I was hoping for a superior product and figured I could return if it didn't work since I was purchasing from amazing, but SURPRISE they are not returnable... I rarely ever review here even though I purchase from Amazon literally every single day, but this was such a horrible product and even worse customer service that I felt the need to warn others!
