These work well
I have tried literally every apnea product there is. The small nose and full-face masks with the apnea machine. Threw them off in my sleep. Got a jaw device and it misaligned my teeth. CAUSED MY TMJ to hurt. Got rid of that FAST. I have never felt refreshed from any of these products. But i still worry about getting enuf air. I combine one of these with the silicone tape to keep my mouth shut (no snoring). I never feel refreshed, but I am getting air. I wonder why the apnea supply stores don’t sell this tape - instead, they sell you huge, bulky headbands to try to hold your mouth shut. Never worked for me.

Just Don't Buy It
This product is terrible. I did exactly as it said to rinse the appliance then place it in your nose straight. After trying, I was sneezing constantly and it irrated the hell out of my nose. I tried the other size, even worse. This product does not work, it just irritated my nose and made breathing harder. Fast forward two days later, my nose is still irritated from that thing. Please do not buy this product. It is terribly made and is not effective.

Mixed results depending on your nose shape
These dilators work pretty well once you find the right size but that is definitely something that takes some trial and error. The trial pack is the right way to start. For me the fit was okay and breathing did feel a bit more open but they are not the most comfortable thing to sleep in. Probably better than nasal strips for some people depending on the specific issue.

Works after some trial
Okay so first, I am a small person and I think I have a narrow passageway which is why I have trouble breathing. With that, what ended up working for me was using the larger one and only putting it far enough in my nose to spread my nostrils. The pictures seemed misleading to me because at first I was trying to put this all the way up my nose until it wouldn’t go further per directions and that was very uncomfortable. So the way I do it for it to actually work, a lot of it hangs out of my nose and it looks weird. Good thing I only wear it to bed. It does fall out sometimes but it’s honestly worth it for the price because it works to get me enough air to keep me from breathing through my mouth! Bottom line, it works but may need to really do some trial and error.

Way better than adhesive strips
WAY better than the adhesive strips. Just slides right in without fighting with positioning, and wasnt very noticeable to me once in place. Did make the tip of my nose a little sore but the insane amounts of air im getting makes up for it entirely. Only drawback is that i cant wear it to work but I dont want to take it out 😔

Not recommended. Strips are better.
Couldn’t just be me but holy it was very uncomfortable and honestly hurt to put in and hurt while taking it out. For a device to helping with clear breathing. Putting an object in my nose doesn’t make sense that it’ll open my airways. it felt blocking and painful. At least it was fast delivery

Surprisingly effective!
I bought this trial pack with the idea that the device would turn out to be as disappointing as nasal strips and magnets. This wasn’t the case. Both of those other (external) devices depend on sticking something to the nose after scrubbing the face to remove all the skin oils. The external devices then lose their grips and come off during the night since the nose creates its own oils. They also tend to rub on the inside of a CPAP mask, which defeats their purpose. This device has none of those problems since it is internal and held in place by friction. This device fits inside the nose and gently presses on the parts of the nostrils which impede air flow when the face is relaxed for sleep. Used with a CPAP it becomes doubly effective and I find that when I use it I don’t fight the mask as much when asleep. Despite sometimes moving around a little it doesn’t come out in the night and it is not at all uncomfortable to me. I’ve found both sizes, both small and medium to work about equally, with the small being a bit more secure in placement and the medium pushing outwardly a bit better. It is easy to clean with soap and water and doesn’t retain significant odors. There are no adhesives involved since it is held in place by friction. There is a tiny carrying case, which appears designed to hold the medium device but will hold both if needed. My initial resistance to buying it was due to my understanding that the nasal septum is very sensitive, however once I tried it I found that it doesn’t put pressure on the sensitive cartilage. Looking in the mirror it does resemble a septal ring, but that is only superficial, not functional resemblance. I suppose that some of the people who don’t like it may have thick septal cartilage, widely deviated septums or septums inflamed by piercings, but none of those conditions apply to me.

Does it's job
It does fall out sometimes but it's super helpful with breathing. I even noticed breathing a little better in the morning after taking it out. Plan to get a pair for running to see if it helps as well.
