This USB-C dock is a high quality little device that I'm glad I decided to go ahead and buy. I use this alongside my MacBook Air when at my desk and it works perfectly for connecting an external display, keyboard, mouse as well as high-speed ethernet and external storage. In my experience the data transfer speeds from an external drive via this hub are very quick and perfectly suitable for my workload. As well as being very efficient and handy, it is also a very smart looking accessory, I have been using it at both a home setup and at work and find that it looks very professional, though if you're using all or most of the ports it does look like a bit of a nest of cables that can be a little hard to tuck away depending on your setup due to the cable length being very short. When making use of all of the ports, especially the ethernet with it being located on the very end of the device, I have a laptop stand that it tucks nicely underneath. My only real complaint is that the HDMI port included on the hub doesn't quite have the bandwidth to make full use of my external display which is a 1440p 120hz panel. However, 1440p at 60hz is perfectly fine for my use case, but something to consider if you want to use it at high refresh rates and have a display above 1080p. I think this hub is absolutely worth the asking price because it has made my life and my workflow so much more simple and efficient when having to juggle multiple accessories on my MacBook Air that only has 2 USB-C ports.

Another quality product from Ugreen, however it doesn't seem to work with anything larger than 2TB, I tried a 4TB and Windows wouldn't recognise it. Other than that, no issues

Perfect dongle for MacBook Pro 2018. Fast speed and doesn’t get hot like other dongles I have been using. You have enough ports to connect different devices. I use this dongle to give my MacBook server internet over Ethernet and it hasn’t failed one bit plus it charges my laptop at the same time

Very compact and well made adaptor that worked immediately upon being plugged in. Win 11 found the GigE and the 3 USB A 3.0 interfaces straight off. Also with power pass through so slot saved and the adaptor can be on the left side of the laptop away from the mouse area..

Great dock enabling you to use lots of accessories on laptops or TV sticks that don't have anything more than USB C. Used it google TV and works greet for adding ethernet, plus USB ports to add storage. It also works great with my laptop that only has usb-c ports, adding the ability to add storage, a mouse ethernet and display out via HDMI. It's well built with metal construction and the ports are sturdy making it great value for money, would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a portable dock.

Device is fine, just wasn't what I needed. Ugreen is a good brand to buy products from.
