Got this tent for my 3 little kiddos! We live in Florida and there’s just never enough shade for them usually but with this tent, there was enough shade for them and me AND another person. I bought the 3 person tent and honestly it was more than enough room for them. It’s incredibly easy to assemble, I didn’t even need to see the instructions. It also rinsed off super easily, dried incredibly fast, and was easy to roll back up and store for next time :) best purchase I’ve made in a while. I expected it to be much smaller so I’m really impressed :) I also love that the front of it has the option to be zipped shut so it can be fully enclosed!

This is by far the best thing I’ve ever bought for the beach. I’ve purchased many others before; sun ninja, neso, and a pop up canopy and returned them all. The set up was easy, I think I could do it myself but of course it’s easier with two people. Setting up is a breeze, taking it down is the hardest part, only because you have to fold it the right way to get it to go back inside the bag it comes in. The instructions are sewn on the inside of the bag. I used this for 3 adults and 2 children. I wouldn’t say you could stand up in it but sitting inside on some chairs is perfect. You can zip it all the way up and it has privacy covers on the windows so you can change inside. It’s travel friendly, I’d say the size of my laptop in length. This was used on our beach trip to Siesta Key it was windy and withstood just fine. I would buy this over and over.

Set up was a bit complicated and it was tricky to fold back up when we were done with it but that’s to be expected with any tent like this. Even without fully folding it back down to its original size it’s still easy to bag up and walk back and forth from the beach with. Once set up it was nice and stable and the ability to open and close different flaps allowed us to keep the tent ventilated while still maintaining shade no matter which way the sun and wind were going. Especially at the price this was a great value and added huge enjoyment to our beach trip so my wife could nurse and our infant could nap in shade and privacy at the beach while staying out of the sun. Just a note be sure to check the beach rules wherever you’re going. We didn’t have any issues because we went out season but were told by a local that we’d have gotten a ticket for a tent of this size on the beach during the peak summer season.

This sunshade is fabulous. My husband and I were able to put it together and anchor it in about 5 minutes with a toddler and 4 month old under very windy conditions. The shade is integrated so there’s no fussing with a second part and the integrated sand bags were amazing and easy to fill in a hurry. It’s also small, lightweight and easy to disassemble.

I got the 3 person dark shelter and highly recommend! I was able to set it up by myself on a windy day at the beach. It held up to 25 mph winds for hours without an issue. The dark shelter kept the sun off and kept us cool. I'd recommend paying the extra to get the dark shelter if you have sun-sensitive skin. No sun burn! There are two built in sandbags on the sides of the tent, which were predominantly what stood up to the wind. The metal pegs for holding down the corners were useless. Also, there are 6 places where pegs are needed (4 corners + 2 for entry flap), but I only received 4 pegs. Other than that, this tent was excellent at sun protection. It packs down small enough to fit into a suitcase. As far as sizing, I'd say the 3 person tent is comfortable for 2 adults sitting or laying down plus bags inside. 3 adults would be tight but doable with bags outside the tent.

Great lake/beach tent. Provides a good amount of shade and air flow. The tent is very portable. I am amazed that it fits in a little tiny bag. It’s pretty easy to setup. I like that the windows provide airflow but can also be covered up for privacy. There was plenty of room for my gf and I to sit and relax in between our dips in the lake. The tent provides a good amount of shade. We opted for the dark-colored inside and it definitely keeps the inside temp of the tent cooler. Overall I am impressed. I hope it holds up over time. Will update my review with any durability issues I come across, but so far so good. Definitely satisfied with this tent. Highly recommended.

These are extremely handy for shade. The 3 person tent is a lot more roomier than expected. But I really dont like how the storage pocket is on the OUTSIDE of the tent. The tent also zips to close which i was actually unaware of which is also a nice feature. I have only used it twice but have had no problems setting it up. Putting it away back in the bag can take a few tries but it is doable.

UPDATE: I used this for the first time at the beach yesterday. There were occasional gusts of 20 mph. I don’t think the tent would have held up in that wind with just the stakes and built in sand bags. I did, however, have 3 fabric reusable shopping bags that I filled about 3/4 full of sand, tied them closed, and placed them in the corners inside the tent. The fourth corner was weighted down with our beach bag. Having this tent was a game changer and made it much nicer when my kid wanted to stay ALL DAY at the beach while in Hawaii in July. Even with the wind, it wasn’t too hard to set up (I had minimal help from a not too useful 11 year old). It was harder folding it up at the beach than it was when I tried it in my backyard, but I was still able to get it back in the bag. The only negative was it was a little hard to brush the sand off the flap before folding it up - I had to come home and brush it off with a broom. I used a Wekapo beach blanket inside the tent, so luckily most of the sand got on the blanket instead and was super easy to shake off. Overall, I LOVE this tent. It’s small enough to fit in your suitcase or carry on, though to be safe, you should probably pack the stakes in your checked luggage. I almost didn't buy this based on the few negative reviews...so glad I took a chance. I was most concerned about the reviews that said they got fiberglass splinters in their hands from the tent poles. I've now set up and broken down this tent several times and have not experienced any splinters or cuts from the tent poles. I got the 3 person tent and was easily able to set it up and break it down all by myself (I'm a 5'1" 56 year old woman). When setting it up, make sure you're sticking the ends of the tent poles in the smaller hole on the tab - the first time I set it up I stuck them in the larger hole and the poles kept coming out. I had no problem getting the tent back in the bag. You do have to take your time to fold it up neatly - unroll the window shades, flatten out the tent as much as you can, fold it neatly and squeeze out the air as you roll it up - super easy and probably took less than 5 minutes to set up and take it down. You can probably fit 2 beach chairs inside as long as they are low chairs.

Great tent. Good size, pretty compact when packed up, easy to set up. Perfect for the beach. We had an issue with one of the poles, but talked to their customer service that were able to help fix it very quickly. Excellent customer service overall.

I bought this for the beach since I'm prone to burning. Super easy setup, just 2 poles that go across the top diagonally. The bag is a little bigger than the tent is, so it packs up easily without needing to mess with it for 30 minutes to get it to fit in the bag. It also zips shut, which made getting changed at the beach easy. I got the 3 person tent, and it realistically fits 2 adults comfortably (or 3 shoulder-to-shoulder). Would recommend it over a beach umbrella.

Great little sun shade for the beach purchased a larger one for adults,would be great for the kids as well. Easy set up and take down in a small portable carry bag. Would buy again

I've had this tent for a year and went to the beach with it many times. It's durable, provides reasonable amount of shade, it easy to set up and take down (one person can do it in a few minutes). One day it was very windy, but the tent remained sturdy. I would recommend.
