Why doesnt my Xbox one x recognize this 4 port data hub?

this might be for pc only. i use mine on pc but i haven’t tried xbox. if it doesn’t work i would just refund.

How do i make the light atay on and cycle? mine onky works when i oress and hold the button on? doesn't it stay lit and cycle through the six colors?

i think yours is defective. if you press the mini button the side and the colors don’t run and cycle, your device isn’t working right and you should trade in for a new one or get a refund.

Hi! Yes, you can use anything with a USB. My tablets and camera work perfectly. Though if you wanna use a charging unit, it'll only be able to trickle charge. It's won't be very fast.
