Truly, the best!
The absolute best! It works for cuts, extra-dry skin, calluses, cuticles, eczema, and a tiny bit goes a long way. No one in our house is allergic to any of the ingredients (a miracle!), it has no fragrance or odor, and it is only a level 2 on EWG's Skin Deep. I wholeheartedly recommend this cream!

Solid hand lotion, the residue is intentional.
I've been using this stuff for years. Like, literally, the last time I bought a pack it was years ago. You only need a little bit of cream to moisturize both hands. This stuff lasts forever, and it works pretty dang well. No complaints. I'll keep buying this as long as they make it. This specific "cream" works very well because it contains some type of wax like substance that works really well at holding in moisture from your skin. That also means it feels a bit different than other lotions normally do. It can dry out, which would normally mean the lotion was expired. But it's fine. Just add a drop or two of water to the top, and mix it together. Kinda like mixing the water back into sour cream. Then put the lid back on, and it'll be good for a few more months. It's hard to come up with a lot of detailed things to say. It's hand lotion. It has a subtle smell that's hard to describe, but easy to ignore. If you want something with a scent, try another lotion. Apply when your hands are getting dry, and it keeps your hands from cracking, bleeding, or otherwise getting dry and unpleasant. Don't let your hands get like that. Treat yourself by having skin that doesn't look and feel like it's dead. Being wax-like means you need less than normal lotion, since it doesn't evaporate or dry out like other lotions. Most people are probably applying way too much. Like, ten times what they actually need. But before I can explain how much to use, I have to explain how lotion works. The natural oils your body produces are critical to holding in the water in your skin. Without it, your hands will dry out and if it gets bad enough, you'll start bleeding. Lotion works by substituting your natural oils with something else that holds in water. That usually means oil or wax. In a pinch, olive oil works as a moisturizer, because it does the same thing. (putting olive oil on your hands then sleeping with gloves is actually really good for your hands) More than a dry climate, using some moisturizer is especially important for any job (or other reason) that requires you to wash your hands often, since soap removes all the important oils off your hands, leaving them to dry out. The dryer your climate, the worse your hands will feel after washing and drying out. The best time to use lotion is right after you use soap. The important part isn't drowning your hands in cream. The important part is forming a thin layer that holds in your body's water. So whatever amount you were using before, it was probably too much. The best way to use lotion is to apply a very thin layer, less than your pinky finger picks up when you wipe it over the surface of the container. Rub that into your hands right after you wash and dry them, before they've completely finished drying. After I do that, I'll usually wipe my hands off with a pepper towel to remove any excess residue. This lotion gets into the cracks and sticks to your hands very well. You can gently wipe down your hands after applying the cream, and there's still enough to hold in your body's natural moisture. Just don't try to get your hands feeling "clean". If you remove 100% of the lotion and your hands feel like they've just been washed, that's bad. Because now there's no natural oils protecting your hands, and you've just removed the lotion that was supposed to protect your hands from drying out. You're right back to square one. Instead, of removing everything, your hands should feel like there's something coating them. It feels weird, but that layer of wax is what keeps your hands from drying out. If there's enough lotion that you can see white residue when you touch something, you're using way too much. Use less, and wipe off your hands after applying. Meanwhile, if you can't see your fingerprint on glass or metal after washing your hands and applying lotion, you probably don't have enough to keep your hands from drying out. Pictures coming soon.

Best cream I’ve found for beleaguered hands
This stuff is great if you do a lot of work with your hands and/or have frequent need to wash them. I spend a lot of time gardening, cooking or in my workshop with woods, metals, paint, varnishes, solvents, etc. Also I live in a relatively dry environment, and at certain times of the year the skin on my hands, especially fingertips and cuticles, can become cracked and painfully split. This Can us pet effective at preventing the problem, add seems to aid in recovery as well. The cream is almost like a wax in the container, so I find If I rinse my hands with water first and only lightly dry them, then rub my finger tips in the cream and then spread it on my hands, it goes on about like any other lotion. Very good for overnight recovery and between tasks as a preventative. I’ve found no hand lotion that compares to this.

Amazing hand cream. It really delivers.
I cannot sing the praises of this hand cream enough. Usually around the end of September my eczema starts to flair up on my hand. It’s so bad my hands are like sandpaper. I have tried many products over the years and none have worked as well as this. This is high quality stuff. It’s thick, creamy, but not greasy. It melts into your skin with some rubbing. I wait after applying it as I want it to absorb well. It had a slightly odd smell after I first opened the container but that quickly disappeared. I don’t notice any fragrance now. It’s a little pricey but in line with all the other creams I considered. After using multiple times a day I and for several days several days, I have bearely made a dent in it. It seems like it will last for a while. My hands strongly recommthis product.

Best dry hand remedy I've found so far
I've been using O'Keeffe's for about a year now so I think I can speak to it's effectiveness fairly well. As I've gotten older, I've fought a constant battle with dry skin in general and dry hands in particular, with painful cracks forming around my nails. I've tried so many lotions that other people rave about but which don't help me at all. About a half hour after application, I feel like I need to apply them again, and I just don't see any improvement after days and even weeks of usage. I hate wasting all of that money and of course you don't want to throw away tubes or bottles that still contain a lot of product, so you end up with all these half-used lotion containers around the house! O'Keeffe's is different first off, in that it's in a paste form. I take the back of my finger nail, scrape a small amount off the surface of the cream, and massage it into my hands. I do this at twice a day, maybe more if my hands are in water a lot on a particular day. You don't however have to apply it every time you wash your hands. I've seen a couple of people in reviews say that this product is greasy but I sincerely have no idea what they're talking about. There's nothing greasy about it at all, which I love. You could massage it into your hands and a few minutes later, shake hands with someone and they would have no idea that you'd just applied a hand cream. You would only know because you're hands don't have that uncomfortable and/or painful dry, tightness. Because I like to sleep in a cool to cold room, in the winter I slather this on my hands and then apply cotton gloves with I wear while I sleep and I believe this is what has helped heal the cracked skin. And I'm no longer embarrassed to offer my hand in greeting. This is a very good product at a very reasonable price.

Great for rough hands
This stuff works. It stays on longer than other products. I always use it at night when I'm not working and can wipe it off. Recommend.

I am amazed not only that it works but how quickly it works!
I work as a contract delivery driver, delivering 800-900 parcels a week. My hands were getting trashed, dried out and cracking. It was super hard to keep them looking clean no matter how hard I scrubbed. Gloved didn't work out as smartphone usage was difficult, even with 'touch screen gloves'. The two photos I have added are 14 days apart, from when I recieved the product until now. I have been applying three times a day. Once in the morning before work, again after I have sorted and loaded all the days deliveries and finally after I get home from work and shower. Just amazed at how well it works. I've been using other 'products' before this but none seemed to have much effect. Is good. Do buy. Much improvement. To quote my girlfriend "OMG your hands are no longer made of sandpaper". Many win.

Perfekt !!
