I was looking for a heavy cardstock for my custom craftwork. This almost does what I had hoped for.... at 300gsm it is stiff enough not to flex under most glued on appliqué work. I have had to reinforce edges or places where I have stones but that is to be expected. If your work is standard card making this should satisfy your needs. It does tend to "bruise" a bit easily so take care if you are marking lines and need to erase- your eraser will leave marks. I use a gum eraser so I can dab at it and that works better to "lift" any marks away with minimal bruising. Check your markers and pens for bleeding on the surface before assuming the face will react as other cardstock does- I was surprised by its reaction. It is different in finish and some of my pens had more bleed than usual while others were fine. All in all, for the price, a good base cardstock to build from for many projects. Clean and white with little grey/yellowing.
