These bits rip through steel! I used them to trim on a land cruiser axle housing to accommodate larger birfields, and wow! I used a pneumatic die grinder, they will throw metal shavings all over you, so be prepared.

My husband wanted these for some car repairs. Apparently some dude on youtube used these, and it really stuck with him. Either way it was a good and affordable little set that have thrilled him. He used them the other day and said they seem pretty good - work well, and decent quality. Happy with these as a whole, and the case is nice and keeps them organized! They are a bit tough to get out, but nothing horrible. you know what they say...happy husband = car that runs!

I use these in my repair shop at work and they are great. I have paid the same price as this whole box for a single burr from other companies and had them be destroyed on the first use. **These are every bit as good as the expensive ones** They last just as long as the expensive ones so long as you don't abuse them. After a year I still had 6 of the 8 left even with a new employee being heavy handed with them. I bought 2 more boxes because I was so happy with them. The heads are brazed on (like most others) and if you run and run and run them until the get really hot then the head is going to fall off. You should not be getting them this hot in the first place.

Bought these for 30 some bucks, the same ones the swap meet tool guys sell. It would have cost me over $70 for these. Look to be pretty good cutters.

Packaged well. I've not done a lot with them ( I had a deadbolt that seemed to be missing the strike plate so I increased the hole size.) Worked flawless and fast. Job only took about 10 minutes they cut so well. Very happy I don't have to lift up on the door to get the deadbolt to lock now.

Arrived in nice organized box. Worked as advertised.

Work well for porting cast iron cylinder heads. However, do note the shaft is too small for a standard 1/4” collet. I suspect it is 6mm. Can be made to work by wrapping aluminum foil around shaft before inserting into collet.
