Great set perfect bubble flair
Got the cheaper set first . Needed to make bubble flairs for my vw. And the dies and vice created terrible bubble flair. Got this set yesterday. And first try no slip and perfect bubble flair! Very happy with the tool and would recommend it . If you are familiar with working with break lines or flair tools in general. This is a good bang for the buck . I knew when I opened the set and seen the dies were 2 stage .

Dont waste money!!
Used to double flare some steel 5/16 tubing. Tightened 3 different tries eventually used a wrench on wing nuts clamp still wouldn't grab tubing. Had to use extra C clamp to tightened flare vice to tubing. Would not recommend

Tool will get you out of a pinch.
This tool works, but could be better. The pipe cutter would not finish the job. The reamer is only so so. I was able to create a double flair but question it's sealing surface. It does not finish the surface smooth as it should

Good for at home use
It does what it is supposed to do and is great for at home occasional use. Don't expect it to hold up in a commercial setting. Honestly, I would have given it a 5 star rating because it does make good flares but the handle is just not ergonomically friendly at all. If the handle were a couple inches longer to add leverage it would be fine. Additionally when flaring lines already in a vehicle there isn't a great way to hold onto it. In a vise making new lines its fine but reflaring an existing line is a chore. It does do what it says it does though.

Great DIY kit
This is a great DIY kit. I saved me tons of money when I had to totally replace corroded and seized rear brake lines on my 20 year old SUV.
