This is an outstanding book holder. It can hold small books and even very large books! It completely changed my reading habits for the better! I can read while lying down which is great! I love the fact that it holds the pages for you and has a little place to keep pens and Post-it notes and even a small book! I even attached a little book light at the top that hangs down and it works perfectly! I love the look of it and the bottom of it is very comfortable to place on your lap even with heavier books! This is just an amazing product!

This is THE best lap desk I've ever found! I've tried and returned a couple so far because they just weren't right. I'm an avid reader, so I've been looking for something like this for quite some time. It's real wood, and the quality is OUTSTANDING. I love that I can store by clip on book light in it, and the notches are secure and angle my books perfectly so I can read for hours with no issue. The page holders are well placed and firmly attached, unlike others I've tried that felt flimsy. This has everything I wanted and more! Seems silly to be so excited about something like this, but the design is so simple, and elegant, that it warranted a review. When you read as much as I do, it makes a huge difference to have a product like this. I also read rather large, sometimes hardback books, and the support where the book rests is sturdy and tall enough to hold even my largest/thickest books and cookbooks. Bonus points for it coming from a small business! I have also used this for my laptop-works just as well.

Fairly lightweight but still sturdy, easy to use and the magnet on it is quite strong when opening and closing so if you store anything inside you don’t need to worry about contents potentially falling out. I have a kindle but prefer actual copies of books, I was missing the folding aspect of the kindle with my case on not having to hold it up all the time while reading so this has been a game changer for me when it comes to reading in bed or just keeping books open for you! The adjustability is great and it even came with a wooden coaster. Glad I made the purchase!

Received today. A bit pricey but I see why. There are some great features in this one. The arms that hold your pages in are a bit flexible so they can fit your particular book. The arms fold down if you don't need them. The construction is quality. It closes with a magnet so it will stay closed. The notches to elevate the reading stand are wooden. There is nothing flimsey about it. It looks good. The tilt only goes from about 45 degrees to flat. I would have liked it to be a bit more verticle as the bottom of the page is hidden by the lip holding the book/paper/tablet. It has 5 settings of tilt. Overall this reading stand is solid, made with MDF which gives it weight. It is a hefty box with the bottom covered in a cushion. It will sit securely on a flat surface. I don't see this thing getting knocked over without significant force. There is a recessed pen/stylus holder near the top. The inside has a wonderfully convenient compartment for glasses, pens, any items you might want stowed at a desk. I took off a point as it states it is lightweight, yet I can barely lift it. It is about 4 pounds or 1.5 kilograms. Also the stand not going more vertical than 45 degrees is disappointing. But overall, I love it. Would recommend.

I tried using pillows to prop up my books when I wanted to just read a bit before going to sleep. That didn't out well, and I finally decided to look for a book stand while reading in my bed. Not only did I find this book stand that had enough angles to choose from, the cushion is very comfortable and made well; the cushion seems durable enough (also has a little handle on it as well), and the fact that it also has storage for my pens and markers (also the mini light I bought separately!), folding up nicely when I am finished using it, makes this book stand a winner! Now I comfortably sit in bed, being able to read my books with ease, at an angle that works for me. I absolutely love that it also has the page holders which is a definite plus! The other plus is, when traveling, it's small enough to put it a bag, knapsack or suitcase to take along with you. I am very satisfied with this product, and recommend it to other book lovers!

Fantastic book stand. Great for reading in bed. Soft and comfortable. Also good for reading in a chair. The pillow is soft. Additional plus is the fact that I can place my book inside and carry it up and down the stairs while still holding onto the bannister as the magnet keeps the the entire item closed. Nice extra is that a coaster was included free of charge.

This book stand with page holders is just what my husband was looking for. He was always trying to prop up his book with pillows so he could read in bed. This book holder sits comfortably in his lap and has a thin top edge for him to clip his book light to. It has adjustable angles for reading. He can store his book in the case, and it has a carrying handle. He likes the real wood design. Great for travel too.

It holds my large, heavy book easily. Sturdy and made well. Easy to use and adjust. Love that it has a place for book to lean on and page holders. Need for close up reading and this works great. Would recommend.

A surprisingly good product. Well designed, and well made; fits a tablet and a book. When closed , used as storage for book, cables etc . Would be even better to be able to choose from a variety of fabric colors.

Finalmente un supporto per libri fatto come si deve. È leggero e morbido sotto. La molla per bloccare le pagine è ottima. Comodo anche per cellulare e tablet. Dentro si possono riporre oggetti o il libro. Molto carino il poggiatazza trovato all'interno. Sul bordo del contenitore si riesce a pinzare la luce da lettura. Prodotto molto comodo e valido.

Fijne boekensteun! Vanwege ME kan ik m'n boek niet lang zelf vasthouden, dan verzuren mijn nek, armen, polsen en handen. Dit is een perfecte oplossing. Ligt stabiel op je schoot. Handige opbergmogelijkheid voor leeslampjes en leesbril.

Es muy cómo, no es pesado, sirve tanto para libros pequeños, como medianos y grandes, lo que es de mucha utilidad. No pesa mucho, y al plegarse cabe bien en una mochila para transportarlo. Además tiene un acabado muy bonito y en la "caja" se puede guardar el propio libro que se esté transportando, lo que ahorra espacio. Y el atril es plegable y la tabla se adhiere a la caja mediante un imán, por lo que no se abre. También tiene un asa para poder llevarlo en la mano. Pero quizá LO MÁS IMPORTANTE es que los libros se sujetan muy bien gracias a las dos barras desplegables que hacen presión, como se puede ver en la foto.
