Excellent for keeping teeth clean after meals
I have been using PUR Sugar Free Chewing Gum after meals, and it works extremely well for me. I usually chew one piece for about 10 minutes after eating, and my teeth feel very clean afterwards. I chew around 5 pieces per day, either after meals or after drinking lemon water. When I run my tongue over my teeth, they feel smooth and free from food buildup, which gives a very fresh and clean feeling. After using this gum for about six months, my dentist complimented me on how well I take care of my teeth. Before using this gum, I didnโt receive such feedback, so I truly believe it helped improve the condition of my teeth. For the best results, I personally avoid eating or drinking for 1โ2 hours after chewing, so the cleaning effect lasts longer. So far, I havenโt noticed any negatives. The taste is pleasant, and the texture is good. Some people might find the flavor mild, but for me itโs perfect. Results may vary depending on personal habits and dental routines. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to keep their teeth feeling clean between brushing.

A good alternative to other chewing gums!
A good chewing gum, I would say the taste is slightly less strong as opposed to extra etc but it is great knowing it is aspartame free. Will continue to buy & also handy that it lasts a while!

Tasty but short lived
Great flavour and does seem to help my morning breath. Doesn't last long though before going tasteless and hard.

Over all Disappointed...Flavour was okay but very short lived.
Flavour wasn't a strong as I imagined it was going to be and it was very short lived. Didn't last more than 5 minutes, if that. Gum was okay... but tasteless gum gets boring after a while. The only plus sides are that it's not a plastic gum and the sweetener isn't aspartame, sorbitol or any of the other nasties. So still looking for a decent gum which retains it's flavour for a good while as it is going to get expensive. So will keep looking !
