I will say it takes a big to get going. But since I started taking this , I have felt better and even started getting my period ! And just to text it even out more I stopped taking it (because I forgot) . And my period did stop regulating it self. This doesn’t have to be long term but it does make me feel better then taking birth control. They are big so keep that in mind but doesn’t taste bad

This was one of the supplements I got to help balance my hormones. It's only been a week and I already see results. I have PCOS and I went off birth control months back. I haven't had a period in months. I thought I might be perimenopausal and my period was just gone for good. A week after I started taking this I got my period. I feel like it's a sign that things are getting regulated. The pill is huge. It's almost impossible to swallow.

Love it. I have always had irregular cycles unfortunately. Now that my husband and I are trying to have a baby again (gave up after a false positive disappointment/disaster), I am trying to get on track. I was always told take birth control to regulate my cycles. I feel like that's always the go to and it's annoying. Obviously I didnt want to do that. I looked into natural options and came across inositol. While I was not diagnosed with PCOS I have all the symptoms. Literally every one. I was told by a doctor my hormones were slightly off but not enough to where he thought I needed medication. I have no cysts or other issues that thank God. Just facial hair, irregular periods (2-3 times a year that can last up to 6 months and require iron infusions), and have never been pregnant (I have been with my husband 10 years and nothing). I lost weight still nothing, gained weight, still nothing. So when I started my period after two weeks of taking this, it made me so excited that there's hope other than having birth control pushes on me that I dont want to take.

I was unsure about buying this supplement. But I saw that it was an ingredient used in monster energy drinks and those actually make me feel really good. So… I researched a bit and found that Inositol can regulate your hormones. Well I have had very heavy bleeding for quite some time now… I mean a minimal days of going through Ultra tampons within 2 hours. And I would bleed for weeks at a time. So I didn’t think this would help when I started taking it, but it actually did. I have maybe one or two days of heavy bleeding, which is a bit normal I think. I’m really grateful I tried this. I think if you’re a woman… it can probably be, very helpful.

I have been taking Myo and D-Chiro Inositol for a little over two months now and the difference for me is night and day internally and externally. I grow hair like a beast and it's an issue I've been dealing with since I was a teen. It's incredibly embarrassing even now as a married woman. My husband accepts it and is very understanding but it doesn't make it any less embarrassing. Imagine being married and telling your husband to wait outside of the shower for 3 minutes so he doesn't see me shaving my face, or having to make an extra bathroom trip to quickly shave the stubble before having a night in. Waxing lasted a few days and 12 rounds of laser hair treatment still left me with hair (most of it was gone for about a year and a half and then started growing back after I got pregnant). With the combination of inositols, the embarrassment is starting to go away. Over the short time I've been taking the supplements, I've noticed a dramatic change in my facial hair growth pattern. It lessens more and more and I'm hopeful that eventually I won't have any facial hair. This is a must have for women who deal abnormal hair growth. I also recommend it for women trying to get pregnant. It's made my cycle regular and predictable. I was pretty in tune with my cycle before inositol but that was because I used OPK kits and charted my periods (I was having a period every 2-3 weeks). Since I started using inositol, I knew when I was ovulating before using an OPK and I now have a period every 4 weeks. Side note: this seller is amazing. They sent me a follow up email with extremely helpful information regarding usage of inositol for specific needs. That was very thoughtful and is helpful for anybody who is new to the supplement.

Didn't do much for my needs. Probably good for others. Otherwise seems good.
