These are fantastic, but keep in mind they are small which is why they are great for facial areas and neck. This company does offer a 4 pack of larger ones for only like $18 (I definitely bought them!) and they are currently available on Amazon! Would recommend for back and knee for those. Back to this pack though, I love using the little round ones on my temples for headaches or if a child has a tooth ache or just had some dental work, these are wonderful for placing on the cheek. Also great for general child injuries as the size makes it easier for them to hold in place. They do get pretty cold and are very sturdy. My last gel packs from another company popped and leaked gel. I have no concerns over these popping. They cool quickly too! About an hour in the freezer will do it, unlike other packs I’ve had that take 4-5 hours. Highly recommend!

These are great to have when you need them. Put a few in the freezer and kept a few out for warming. I bought this mainly for the large pack to put in my waist wrap for detoxing. They seem very substantial, flexible but not flimsy and I think they will last for a very long time. PS. I always spend too much time researching the best option. Pleased!!! 💙

I bought this reusable hot & cold gel pack for my child after a soccer accident—and it has been a game-changer. Bought them to put in the pockets of my breast pillow. They did well for what I needed it for, but the o ly hang up is they didn’t stay cold very long so I was switching out packs after 5 min. That could be due to the pillow absorbing the cold but some of my other packs lasted about 20 min in the pillow.

I use these quite often, after heating for 10 seconds in a microwave I put them into a small draw string pouch and they work for me. I would recommend these. They are the perfect size

The reusable Hot and Cold Gel Ice Packs are the best products to have in your health care/emergency kit. The material is smooth,string and thick. We purchased these before my husband's hernia operation. He was grateful they were here when he g I t home from surgery. Five months later I was grateful to have them for use after breast cancer surgery.....and my neighbor just finished using them for her broken wrist and the ensuing surgery to repair the damage. They have proven their worth...great product.

Soft and durable but stays cold for less than 10 minutes and is 'barely' cold compared to the cheaper plastic gel packs that can last almost 20 minutes and stay frozen.

Bought these for foot surgery. They fit inside my after surgery boot to ice hourly they were able to bend in the boot. Used them on top and bottom of foot at same time. Had very little swelling 1 week after surgery. They worked! Having the set allowed me to rotate them repeatedly. They lasted being frozen for past the 20 minutes I needed. 3 weeks after surgery still using them when I have pain.

Very useful for all types of issues

I thought they were much bigger. They do not stay cold long enough because they are to small.
