This product works great for my shower space. Unfortunately, the installation instruction came with the product doesn’t include the use of adhesive. That may be why it got some bad reviews. Here is how I installed mine. Hope this helps: 1) identify the area use a level to make sure the BRACKET, not the adhesive! will be leveled for the final dispensers. Mark the edge of the adhesive with blue tape or pencil. 2)the adhesive pad needs to be REMOVED from the bracket and install FIRST. Align the edge with the marking above. Make sure to remove all bubbles when applying adhesive to the wall surface. 3) After waited for a few hours, add the bracket back on. Seal the top gap of the bracket and adhesive sheet with sealant if desired (I did to prevent mold growth, 🤞 ) 4) wait a day for adhesive and sealant to dry before install the liquid containers. 5) start filling the containers to 1/2 full to test the strength of your assembly. Note: when using the product, make sure to press firmly on the thumb print while pulling the dispenser lever to minimize disturbance on the adhesive. Enjoy 😊

16 May 2024 *UPDATE*: I revised my rating to 5-stars. The retailer reached out to me regarding my review, which is very rare customer service in this error. The retailer inquired about my issue and seemed very interested in resolving my problem. Although it had been sometime since I had posted my initial review they wanted to know exactly what my issue was and how they could help. I explained my problem with the dispenser and that after my initial post I learned that the dispenser with the body wash had cracked and I had to throw it away, thus having an empty dispenser area. The retailer immediately offered a replacement without photos or returning the broken dispenser. This to me was a rarity as most companies do not what to resolve issues if you do not have the broken product or photos. As I initially reviewed the dispenser is awesome and provides adequate amount of product with two (2) pumps so of course I loved it. Body oil just needs one pump unless you want it all over the shower floor. I love thick body wash so I was very pleased that the dispenser is able to provide the right amount with two pumps. Here a couple of tips that most consumers may not be aware of: 1. If you use thick body wash be sure to prime the pump. 20-30 pumps with your finger on the dispensing hole to form a vacuum is important during first use or if you let the dispenser run out of product. This is also important if you put shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. 2. **Keep an eye on the amount of product in the dispenser. A key to your dispenser being to low is if it stops dispensing the usual amount. If you fail to pay attention to this one observation you will form a vacuum that will crack your dispenser and of course the dispenser will not release any product. 3. Be sure to clean the area before mounting the dispenser. I recommend you place tap in the area you wish for it to reside and just practice. I failed to do this and now find that my dispenser is a bit high, now that I have a new one, I plan to reposition the dispenser so that it is in reach . If for no other reason I recommend this product for the great customer support. Initial: When I first received the dispenser I was so excited. Initial use: after priming the pump 30 times to use O*** Moisture Ribbon Body Wash the dispenser produced an excellent about of body wash to my scrunchie. I was to pump 2 times per wash which was all I needed. 3 weeks later: I am unable to get any soap out. I prime the pump 30 times for one dispense then nothing, have to repeat the process in order to get another dispense. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this product. Glad I didn't pay more than $30 for it. The dispenser with the baby oil in it works great of course. I have to switch to a lighter body wash in order to enjoy the full features of the dispenser. I will keep it and put my shampoo in it but really wish it could handle the body wash.

This is a very handy thing to have . I got this as a gift for my husband My complaints though are the stickiness became un sticky and started leaning forward off the wall after an about a month . That might have been our fault when my husband installed it, maybe he didn’t clean the surface exactly or there was moisture underneath . But I did push it back and held it for a min and it’s been staying put….just a heads up. I noticed if you are low on product , like an inch or less of product in the compartment, it won’t come out . I can never get the last bit out. Once you top it off or fill it , it comes out nicely . Overall nice product .

We've had this for nearly 2 months now. I wanted to wait to see how it held up. It gets daily use from my 3 kids who are 9 and under. I showed them how to get the shampoo and conditioner out so they don't crank on it like I could see some kids doing. I hung the the base plate up and used a credit card to really get the air bubbles out. I attached the bottles after 24 hours. For the conditioner, I had read reviews about having to thin it down. The conditioner we have is extremely thick (charcoal tea tree) and I feel like I thinned it to 1:1 by volume. It has no issues coming out and still works great in my kids hair. The kids seem to love it a lot. Normal bottles are frustrating because they fall over when trying to store them upside down when halfway empty, the plunger pumps don't get the ends of the bottles well and I feel like we were always out of shampoo and conditioner because the younger 2 have no control. They know how many pumps to get from here. I filled them all the way up Sept 27th and here we are right before Thanksgiving and this is the amount they've used. Quality shampoo and conditioner are so expensive that I feel like I've already made my money back just from not having to buy a second bottle of them already. I've seen people who hang their loofah off the lever, but I'm afraid that may lead them to leak. We already had adhesive hooks for a few years so just left them there.

Nice dispenser for the kitchen! Works great for dish soap and hand soap, and it keeps the sink area tidy. Easy to refill and use, though the adhesive could be stronger. Overall, convenient, clean design that adds functionality and style to the kitchen.

I let my teenage daughter install this in her bathroom. So I won’t hold them accountable for the low quality installation, but when it did fall it completely broke. It didn’t fall very far but it definitely broke into multiple pieces.

The dispenser is a great way to organize bathroom essentials and reduce clutter. It holds shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all in one place. The pump mechanism works smoothly, although it dispenses a small amount with each press, so you may need to press it multiple times - still, not a major issue. Installation was easy, and the adhesive is strong, holding up well in a humid environment. I appreciate the clear windows to monitor the contents, but I’m not a huge fan of the label design. A clear label with black or white print would have been more subtle, and the "YIAOZ" and "The Good Life" text could have been in a much smaller font. That said, the dispenser is sturdy, functional, and looks great overall. If you’re looking for an easy way to organize your shower space, this is a solid choice!
