12-Pack 1/8” Rope Hanger, Heavy Duty Ratchet Tie Down Strap

I’ve been using these rope hangers to suspend my Mars Hydro TS1000 grow light, and they’ve worked. I’ve also used them for my Barrina grow lights, and they’ve held everything securely without slipping. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and makes it easy to raise or lower the lights as my plants grow. They feel sturdy, lock in place mostly well, and have been reliable with daily use.

We are using these for our Fiamma awning on our camper. They make quick work of tying down in case of wind. Smooth operation and holds like they should. They do tangle easy if you store them together. I'm going to 3d print a holder so I can wind up the rope.

Work well for making sure your tent stays up in the wind. I like the little ratchets for adjusting the tension. Seem to be well made.

I needed something to hold a shade cloth outdoors. With regular rope and knots, it becomes loose on windy days. This ratchet tie down works well to keep it in place and it is very easy to use. My only problem is I would prefer the housing to be metal since it will be outdoors in the sun. It is easy to use and not too expensive. I'm just hoping it will last a while and not get brittle from the sun too quickly.

These tie downs are easier and better to use than the straps. I prefer these over the flat tie downs, but each has a specific use. Good quality and the cargo stays put and the ties stay tight.

I was looking for a solution to a problem with my zero turn mower. If I leave the chute down it is hard to store and I didn't want to take it off for safety reasons. My husband put a little eye bolt on the end and one on top - hooked this up and now I can raise and lower the chute while sitting on the mower. The ratchet feature worked smoothly and there is a lever to push to release it. I can imagine this little gadget could be very useful for other things also.

Needed a solution for tall plant stands on the roof deck, which would topple in the wind. The ratchet tie downs along with deck anchors were the perfect solution. Installed in seconds and can be easily removed.

these things are a life saver. Used them to hold down my gazebo during the tornado and did a great job!

These are super useful, I've retrofitted them to my outdoor blinds and they're the thing I didn't realise I needed.

It says clearly in the description it can be used for hanging plants but it doesn’t work sadly. You still have to climb up to release the clamp (rendering it pointless as the idea is to avoid having to do that) when released it suddenly drops down which damaged the bracket it was hanging from in the trial. Although you can winch it up, which is a bit of a work out, you will have to keep climbing up once each time you sort out your hanging plants. (Tried it at the bottom, same problem). I was expecting it to release quickly but this is instant so I know, for many people this will just end up ripping out plasterboard or rawl plugs in the wall. Good idea, just doesn’t work in practise.

These units are very sturdy, and of excellent quality. Priced very reasonable. I have used them in multiple places on my car cover. This ensures that the cover won't blow off when it's very windy. Also they have stood up very well during a harsh northern Canadian winter

You wont regret it. In additional it gives you hight adjustment went bits of string and wire does not. They also have many applications
