​I recently started using the Nello Supercalm Powdered Drink Mix, and it has been a pleasant addition to my morning/evening routines. The Raspberry Lemonade flavor is great! Often, powdered supplements can have a chalky or overly medicinal aftertaste, but this is refreshing and easy to drink. It mixes well into water without leaving a gritty residue at the bottom of the glass. The "on-the-go" sticks are also incredibly convenient for travel or keeping in a bag. I’m not entirely sure if it’s the supplement working its magic or if there is a bit of a mental game at hand here, but I genuinely do feel more calm after drinking it. It doesn’t "knock you out" like a heavy sedative; instead, it seems to take the edge off and help transition the mind into a more relaxed state before bed.

Love this product! I really notice a difference in my sleep quality when I drink one versus when I don’t. I usually sleep deeper and wake up with more energy when I drink one at night. And it makes me tired so I’m not doom strolling as long. The only con to this product is it doesn’t dissolve as easily as I’d like. I put at least 12oz of water in even though the packaging calls for 8oz and I still have powder that hasn’t dissolved when I’m finished so the last sip can be a little much. But the taste is still great!

I was very skeptical when first trying it but it seems to be helping me sleep and feel better, not going to lie the first week it did give me headaches but I stuck with it and I'm so far glad I did. Love the taste and it seems to be helping keep me better hydrated, I'm bad at making sure i drink plenty of water as a single mom of 2. Been adding chia seeds to it as well and liking it so far. Able to fall asleep faster and get better rest, I normally toss and turn at night but I have been noticing that I recall having to wake up in the night to turn over and waking up in the same position or slightly turned from how I fell asleep ie. Falling asleep on my side and waking up on my back. Been feeling good enough to get motivated to go to they gym more and I'm feeling better, will keep at it and hope to keep this review, if not add more later on down the road

First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.

This is my second time i bought it and i love it i feel like i sleep better when taking if fs. I also find it does help me drink more water because im drinking an extra glass than i usually would i also work in a high stress environment and a few people have actually commented on how well i stay calm during stressful times which didn't use to happen i also find that im way less stressed than i usually am. I tried the strawberries and cream one (that one didn't fully dissolve as well) i loved the taste and im currently trying the raspberry lemonade (it dissolves very well) im not as much of a fan of this taste as much as the other one but its the first day ive had this so well see if it grows on me!

Taste good but nothing change

I bought this after seeing a few ads on social media. As someone with PCOS, I have felt so tired and fatigued and not wanting to do anything but give up. I wasn't sure if this would actually work but after using it for a 3 weeks, I have noticed a big difference for the good. First, my stomach is definitely flatter so part of my issues have been stress related. Second, I will say the relaxing portion of it has helped my anxiety lessen especially as a bride getting married this year. I have more focus during the day and have gotten much better quality sleep at night. I will say, the taste for me depends on how the powder dissolves. You need to mix it well and serve it cold. Then, it tastes rather refreshing. Give it a try for yourself as it has helped me feel overall like myself again.

I bought this for my wife as she was having difficulty falling asleep at night after a hard day at work. She said that her sleep was great and woke up the next day with a lot more energy. She loves the Raspberry Lemonade flavor and doesn't cause any upset stomach. She also likes that it doesn't have sugar. Sometimes, sweet things will make her restless at night. She put the single packets on her night stand for nights that she is having a hard time sleeping which makes it very convenient.
